I used to contract a delivery via dhl express service. The parcel got help up at customs (despite me having provided all the documentation required in parcelmonkey's website which I filled in using their own online forms). I contacted dhl to query, and they told me the parcel had actually been handled by a third party (although parcelmonkey website clearly indicated I had chosen a dhl express service). I called this third company, who told me they would not deal with me direct as I had booked through parcelmonkey, they would only take instructions via parcelmonkey. Parcelmonkey says they can only see the info the courier provides. Their customer service advisors (chat only) have no idea what they are talking about, are completely unhelpful.
