I had a real bad experience with ColisExpert at colisexpat.com and I really think you should avoid them at all costs. I lost a whopping 300 euros because of these buffoons and their services. They totally messed up the delivery and I am never going to trust them with anything valuable ever again.

I had heard some good things about ColisExpert and thought that I would give them a try. However, I was totally wrong in my judgment. They were supposed to deliver an important package to me but they failed to do so. They kept making excuses and delays and the worst part was that they did not even bother to keep me informed about the status of the delivery. It was a total nightmare.

I tried to contact their customer support team but they were really unhelpful. They kept repeating the same canned responses and did not offer any tangible solutions. They did not even apologize or show any empathy for the situation. It seemed like they did not care at all.

It was only after a lot of back and forth that I was able to get some information about the package. It turned out that they had misplaced it or lost it or something like that. I was shocked and outraged at the same time. Not only had I lost my money, but also my trust in ColisExpert.

In conclusion, I strongly suggest that you do not use ColisExpert for your shipping needs. There are plenty of other reliable and trustworthy companies out there that you can choose from. Do not fall for their false promises and shiny marketing. They are nothing but a bunch of jokers who will waste your time, money, and energy. Stay away from them!

Sounded like a pretty swell site for someone like me, who loves to shop online but sometimes gets a bit lost in translation with the French stores. I decided to give it a go, 'cause why not?

I used 'em twice to get some stuff from France sent to me in Japan and it was all good, man. Second time, I messed up the address but they helped me fix it and I got my stuff cool as a cucumber. The customer service was off the chain, super helpful, and everything was done mad quick so I didn't have to wait for ages like some other shipping sites. Okay, so I got my thoughts together and I wanted to leave a review for this site called ColisExpert or colisexpat.com 'cause I saw some haters hatin' and I think they just don't know what's up. Basically, I used 'em twice to get stuff sent to me from France to Japan and it was like no sweat, ya feel me? The second time, I messed up the address and sent it to the wrong place but they were able to fix it for me, no problem. The customer service was like, beyond helpful, like they really got my back and everything was done quick so I didn't have to wait like a million years like some other sites. And the best part, y'all, is that now I can get stuff from France that I can't get here in Japan, so ColisExpert is my go-to. Thank you, ColisExpert, for making my life better. -Jamie

So, let me tell you about this service called ColisExpert. It's supposed to be all about helping you get your packages delivered and all that good stuff. But let me tell you, my experience with them was far from good.

First off, they were asking me to pay just to access my account. Seriously, who does that? I mean, I already paid for the service, so why do I have to pay again just to check on my package? And on top of that, their customer service was downright horrible. I sent them a package, which was supposed to be delivered within 3-4 days. But, three weeks later, I hadn't heard anything from them. I clicked on the "contact" button on their webpage, but it didn't even work!

It wasn't until almost two months later that I finally received an email from them saying that they have my package. But when they told me the size of the package, I was confused. According to them, my package was much larger than what I had sent; they claimed it was 46x33x7cm! But all I had sent were 8 CDs which only measured 14x12x7cm!

I tried to explain this to them, but they just wouldn't listen. No matter how many emails I sent, they refused to check if that was really the size or not. And to top it all off, their customer service reps were so rude and gave me no helpful information. It was very frustrating.

And if all of that wasn't bad enough, they also told me that if I didn't pay the price they were asking for, they wouldn't return the package to me. But even if they did return it, they wouldn't send it within the UK anyway. And after just two months of storage, they said my package would be "deleted." What kind of ridiculous policy is that?

So, needless to say, I will NEVER use their service again. It's not just because they charged me too much, but also because of the terrible customer service. All in all, ColisExpert is a huge disappointment and I would not recommend it to anyone.

ColisExpert, or colisexpat.com, is a forwarding service that I do not recommend using. I had a terrible experience with them that I feel the need to share to hopefully warn others so that they do not have to go through the same issues that I did.

I want to start by saying that ColisExpert threatened to sue me because I wanted to share my story. This is absolutely insane to me that they would rather try to keep things quiet than to work towards a solution for their customer's problems. This alone should give anyone pause before deciding to work with this company.

I did try to contact the administrator of the company to see if they could help me with the issues that I was having but have yet to receive a solution. In the meantime, I want to give my unbiased opinion about my experience with ColisExpert so that others can make an informed decision about whether they want to work with this company or not.

In February of 2020, I used ColisExpert to forward a product that I purchased from the United States to Spain. The process was smooth, and there were no issues. However, in April of 2020, I ordered the same product again, worth $160, to be forwarded to Spain.

Before placing the order, I checked with ColisExpert to see if anything had changed since my last order. The support team assured me that there was a new rule but that it wouldn't affect my order. I then asked if they could forward the product to Italy instead, which they said was okay.

Once I placed the order and the product was shipped to ColisExpert, they then refused to ship it to Italy and told me that I would have to pay to return it to the shop that I ordered it from. To make matters worse, the product was non-returnable, and so I was essentially stuck with a $160 product that I could not use.

ColisExpert had assured me that they could forward the product to Italy, took my money for shipping ($55 extra), and then refused to ship it, all while telling me that I had to pay for their mistake. They had essentially taken my products hostage until I paid them to release them somewhere else.

This is highly illegal and fraudulent behavior. ColisExpert made a mistake and then tried to make their customers pay for their mistakes, which is unacceptable. When I tried to contact customer service about the issue, they were unhelpful and ended the conversation when it was not going their way.

Therefore, I strongly urge anyone scammed by ColisExpert to dispute the payments with their bank. If you do this, you will get your money back, and ColisExpert's payment account will be closed and suspended by Visa and Mastercard and Paypal.

As customers, we deserve respect, and we deserve the services that we paid for. ColisExpert's scamming behavior needs to be stopped, and I will not stop until I get my products back.
