Papa Murphy's International review: Incorrect order, disrespectful staff

I called in to make a pickup order for a crustless keto pizza, when I got there to pick up my pizza it wasn’t crustless or keto. The worker said when people order that they never call it that so she didn’t know what I was talking about so she just made me a normal one. She then refused to make me the one I asked for because she said she only had 25 minutes until closing and didn’t start cleaning yet. Then refused to refund me and said I’ll have to come back tomorrow if I really want a refund. So I paid $17 for a pizza I can’t even eat. I’m furious and will never choose papa murphys again if I don’t get my entire order refunded at this point.
