Panda Express review: Orange chicken and beef and brocoli ordered at lunch

Today I placed and order for lunch from Panda Express thru Door Dash. Surprisingly, the order arrived within minutes of placing the order. When the order arrived the orange chicken was dry and overly crunchy, it was overcooked and drowned in sauce as a cover. The majority of the dish was breading with no chicken, and those pieces were extremely dry and hard to chew. The white rice received with the order was undercooked and extra sticky. The rice seemed as if it was not covered when it was cooked which caused it to be hard to chew and sticky. The beef was undercooked and had a dry and unfavorable taste; the broccoli was extremely hard to bite into which made it even harder to chew. Since this seems to be a recurring theme at Panda, I chose to make this complaint as I am teetering on the edge of never buying Panda Express again as well as spreading my experience on all social media platforms and telling everyone I come in contact with how my experience with Panda has been. The fact that this issue seems to happen anytime I order at any location. I would not be so frustrated if this issue was confined to one location, but this has happened to me at multiple locations which says this is a broader issue that is being overlooked. I have attached pictures, but the pictures may not show the actual issue with the product provided. Just know the meat was overcooked, the rice and broccoli were extremely undercooked, and I spent $23.66 for lunch and I am still hungry.
