Paladin Security review: Security concierge

I live at 10 york street building and this security girl named Ravneet is extremely unprofessional and rude. She always has AirPods on and is speaking to someone. (not like we have a problem with it but it is a problem if she does not perform her assigned duties. The other day my friends came to visit me and she gave them hard time just opening the front door-as it seemed like she was on her phone and was irritated as they asked her to buzz them in. When I got down to the lobby to receive them I thanked her for letting them in and as we walked away from the front desk she made a racist comment about one of my friend, I looked back and realized she was talking to someone on the phone with AirPods on and then realized she was probably telling the person on the phone the story of what had just happen while she referred to my friend who is Nigerian. I was extremely shocked at this, I did not try to confront her as I did not want to create a scene and on top of that did not want my friends to know what had just happened. It has been a couple days and I just can't let the fact go that she made that comment and was laughing on the phone while we were all right there. I have heard from many of the people living in the building that she is extremely rude and unprofessional but this was just the worst experience I have ever had in my 3 years of living there. All the other concierges are extremely polite and nice. Except this girl and the guy who is always with her (Nicholas?) - the one who is always seen vaping outside and checking girls out as they pass by.
