I bought a software package in January to try and resolve computer issues. It turned out it doesn't work with Linux. I contacted the seller, they told it won't work and gladly gave me a full refund. Now it turns out paddle.com is charging me for a subscription that I never made and the product won't even work on my computer. They've charged me twice which I just noticed when I was robbed the second time yesterday. I tried to contact customer service but their phone is not in service and there is no contact info on the
website. Both time they have hit my paypal credit card and both times it negatively impacted my credit score. Their newest charge is about to overdraw my bank account which had the auto pay money for my internet and TV. This will negatively impact my credit rating for a third time because they are stealing my money.
Desired outcome: Refund, and damages.
All comments regarding Paddle Net AdGone would be appreciated.
There is a charge on my American Express Card. 01-13-2023 Paddle Net AdGone $29.00. I did not authorize.
I have never accepted a subscription renewal and even less to pay this amount.
paddle made an unauthorized bank debit via paypal.

My bank (Santander) have advised me of a charge of £27.43 that PADDLE.NET*OUTBITE.COM made on my account 21/8/23. I have no records
of this transaction. I ask for any relevant details of what goods and or services
were performed for these charges.
I received a charge for subscription charge at US$ 49.99 from PADDLE.NET* TRCENTER LONDON at my credit card but the email for the subscription cannot be found.
I have sent them notice that I am requesting refund because the program is causing more issues with my computer and I'm going to bring it to where I purchased the laptop and have them fix the problem.
My Credit was used By Someone else To get a Tracking app. I can't reach Them on Any Of There Numbers. I'm contacting you because you are Free... everyone else is trying to Charge me. [protected].
