P & G Association Management I tried to get P & G Management to fix my bedroom ceiling 'cause the roof outside wasn't taken care of and the Jan 2021 storm messed it up

I tried to get P & G Management to fix my bedroom ceiling 'cause the roof outside wasn't taken care of and the Jan 2021 storm messed it up. But they said no 'cause they already hired their own person. They took too long to answer my emails, even though they asked me to use email to contact them.

P & G Association Management I talked to the manager at P & G Association Management about the parking rules at Sage Creek HOA

I talked to the manager at P & G Association Management about the parking rules at Sage Creek HOA. It seemed like the rules only applied to certain people because I got a notice saying I could only have 2 cars, but someone else was allowed 3. I asked for clarification and sent a picture of the notice, but instead of telling me the policy, she asked for my address and status. I think the HOA should just do their job with the fees we pay. My car got towed because of the new rules, but it only seems to apply to certain parts and people.

P & G Association Management I got a notice from *** Townhouse HOA about my shade structure that they didn't approve

I got a notice from *** Townhouse HOA about my shade structure that they didn't approve. I replied to them with pictures and details about the materials I used, like tape, zip ties, clips, staples, and rocks. None of these things are attached to my home and the color is neutral. I didn't get any response from the Board for almost a year. Now they're threatening me with a $100 fine. It's not fair to fine me for something I already addressed and they ignored for 11 months. I thought the structure was okay because I followed the CC&R's at the time. What should I do now?

P & G Association Management In December , we got a notice that the water would be shut off on December 6, from around 7am to noon

In December , we got a notice that the water would be shut off on December 6, from around 7am to noon. A couple of days later, we tried to turn on the heater, but only cold air came out. We ran it for a bit longer and realized that the heater wasn't working. So, we contacted our Home Warranty company, and they made an appointment for us. On 12/17, the repair guys came out and found that due to the water shut off on the 6th, air got into the heating lines, causing the problem. I called the HOA P&G Management and spoke to Colleen about the situation, but she was on her way out of the office. On Monday, the 20th, I dropped off the ticket and asked for a refund. On Dec 21, 2021, she sent me an email and directed me to the city of Henderson. On 01/02/2022, I filed a complaint with the city of Henderson. About a week later, I received a letter from the city of Henderson denying the claim and passing it on to *** as the reason for the problem. On 12/14,2022, I was on my way to ComplaintsBoard.com and realized that ***, *** Cameron St #100, Las Vegas, NV *** ,(***) was not too far from the ComplaintsBoard.com. So I stopped in and asked for the manager. He came out and spoke to me, telling me they had nothing to do with my hot water heater and to contact my HOA. I don't remember his name, but he was a red-headed male. He then smirked and said I should forget about trying to get my money back because it wouldn't be worth the effort. I have been getting the runaround from all three companies, and I have asked all three of them for my money back, but I just keep getting the runaround. I am filing this complaint against all three companies and asking the ComplaintsBoard.com to investigate this matter and find out who is responsible for my refund. Thank you.
