Recently visited Owens Insurance for help with medicare for myself and my husband, was there over 2 hours as they are very thorough and I was very happy with their recommendations for policy changes, great group, highly recommend.

Owen Insurance Group was easy to talk with and was able to answer all my questions fully. He also explained why the companies and plans he recommended were in my best interest and fit my personal needs. I also like that he is relatively local and can be contacted if I have any issues.

Owen Insurance Group was extremely helpful in finding a Medicare Advantage Plan (MAP) during open enrollment as I wanted to ditch Humana. Owen Insurance Group made himself available, and is a pleasure to work with. Hedvika and others on his team also provided solid support. Time will tell how well my new MAP pans out once it goes into effect, 2022.

I worked with Kathy to help me with getting my Prescription Drug Coverage. She was incredibly helpful in suggesting the best plan for my situation and explained the additional charge associated with not getting coverage when I was first eligible. She was quick and proactive in getting me my electronic application. That process was quick and easy and I am now awaiting approval from the insurance company on my application. Very satisfying process!

Gary was referred to us by an insurance company. He helped us to find an affordable plan with a good insurance carrier. Mary Aiello came to our house and helped us to complete the enrollment with the medicare supplement . She was very nice, knowledgeable and passionate. Gary Owen is extremely knowledgeable about the Medicare Process. He introduced us to our choices with explanation of each one. When we reviewed the supplements, he actually looked up our medications to make sure that we were getting the best plan for our needs. I get called every day from a telemarketer who wants to sell me Medicare products. I would never think of using anyone that I don't know. Gary Owen was recommended to me by the insurance company I had decided I wanted to use. We had several emails back and forth as he answered my questions as I posed them. He cleared up several questions I had about Medicare and the suitability for myself and my wife. A fairly quick Zoom meeting and we were signed up. I dreaded turning 65, not because of the age but because of Medicare. Gary and his team worked with me to resolve some very difficult and complicated issues related to my brother's health insurance coverage. My brother is on social security disability due to end stage renal disease. At the time of annual open enrollment, he received some incomplete and inaccurate information related to his health coverage eligibility. It resulted in major problems that needed to be resolved retroactively. I was searching for Medicare supplemental insurance and found Gary Owens Insurance. Gary is very knowledgeable and provided me with several options that met my criteria. He then sent the relevant paperwork to be e-signed and his staff helped complete the insurance package. Kathy did detailed Rx cost comparisons and this made it easy to pick a Rx plan, saving me money over my original plan. What impressed me was their level of communication. Someone will always call you to check in if something is pending, or return a call within the hour. I was happy to do business with a company that treats you like family. (Gary will even send you a thank you card!) I highly recommend this insurance company for their personalized service.
