I decided almost a year ago that this was the broker that I was going to use when it came time for us to get our Medigap policies. Matthew's YouTube videos are easy (and sometimes fun) to watch and they contained just about all the information I needed to make an educated decision on what plans my wife and I needed. Everywhere that I researched to find more information about what policies we needed, they showed me that Matthew had already provided the right information. Marcene Alexa was assigned to our account when we initially called. She was very easy to work with, patient and almost had answers to our questions before we even asked them :) I highly recommend Matthew and his team to anyone in the market for Medigap insurance and I look forward to working with him and his team for support in the years to come.

Marcene was SO helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me as I try to navigate through the aspects of establishing my Medigap coverage. I was appreciative that she only provided information and made zero attempt to throw me a sales pitch (I can get plenty of that through unsolicited calls and television). As retirement loomed I quickly became Marcene confused by all the SS and Medicare information out there. Where do I start? A friend recommended Matthew's videos and I can't express how valuable they were in clearing through all the noise. New to Medicare, , had no idea at all what to look for or what to expect . I went on line looking for information i watched some Medicare videos several different brokers and agents .While none seemed bad ( they all knew more than I did ).i kept coming back to Matthew's video's , i found them clear and informative . I called and set up an appointment thru Brittany , who by the way is the perfect voice and personality for a first contact . I received an e-mail the same day from Marcene , filled out some information , sent it in , received a call the very next day . Set up a date and time for consultation .Marcene called at the given time. Marcene was very helpful and patient , she listened then answered all my questions, I feel confident in the choices i made with Marcene's help . You have a winning team MR Matthew .

I was concerned it would be complicated, but I am so happy to report I feel I have been educated in a way that gives me a sense of comfort to choose what is right for my health needs and budget. After watching videos and reading articles about Medigap coverage, I thought I had a pretty good understanding of the program until I had to choose and enroll in a supplemental coverage policy. There were so many choices. That's where Medigap Seminars and their knowledgeable team come in. Jane helped me sort through all the choices and find the best plan. I learned so much from watching the Medigap Seminars videos on their website. Thank you for making these very knowledgeable videos that are easily understood. The examples the presenter gives in the videos are also helpful. I decided I wanted to get my Medigap plan through this company because I like the security of knowing they will be available to help me if a billing problem or any problem arises. My initial email was answered promptly and therefore I was able to set up a meeting with their representative almost immediately. I am so very thankful that one of my friends directed me to the Medigap Seminars Website! Navigating the confusing, tricky and misleading information presented for Medicare is frustrating and irritating. After spending several hours watching the videos on Matthew's website I was able to grasp the important - and sometimes seemingly hidden - details of Medicare. (It shouldn't be this difficult!) I'm 73 and I've never looked into a Supplement plan instead of using an Advantage plan. I used YouTube to watch videos to basically look for a
broker that I liked. I found the Medigap Seminars Insurance Agency. I was assigned Jordan Daniels as my working agent. I didn't know what to expect trying to switch from a Medicare Advantage plan to a straight Medicare Supplement plan with the underwriting requirements. Before my phone conference with Jordan today I had pretty much already decided to try for the Plan G-HD. Jordan answered my few remaining question and she verified that the G-HD fit my needs the best. I didn't realize that initially that the Medigap Seminars Insurance Agency consisted of many agents. I had asked for my initial quote expecting to work with Matthew Glaassen, the owner. It was his videos that I felt more at ease with. However, meeting with Jordan on the phone was very nice and easy.

Who else would I call but MedigapSeminars.org? With all of the education I had received, I knew that this was a company that invested in its customers. Three years ago, after months of research and phone calls on my own, I thought I knew which insurance company would be the most affordable and beneficial for a Medicare Supplement.

Then I found this company's videos on the Internet. They were the most informative ones I found without trying to coerce me into giving any personal info to get the information on their website. I decided to call to compare their suggestions with what I thought I'd do, and found another well-known company with the same Plan, but saved $20/mo premium. I was fortunate to speak with a knowledgeable representative, who explained the differences between several companies selling the same policies for differing prices, and helped me get signed up over the phone. I never regretted that choice.

I talked with them again awhile back because my husband was turning 65 in a few months, and one of their representatives updated me on various changes and choices available, and called me back a couple months later per my request to sign him up. It was easy and quick, with no pressure, and she was patient with all my questions.

I felt they have my best interests at heart, since they represent many companies, so they can give clear comparisons and it doesn't matter to them which one I choose, unlike if I was calling a specific company. I have recommended them to my siblings and relatives.

Matthew Cunniff is a top-notch business educating and helping those who are eligible for Medicare in all the levels of insurance coverage with Medicare Parts A and B, the Advantage plans, the Medigap supplemental plans, and the Part D Drug coverage plans. Dental, vision, and hearing plans are explained, too. He and his staff have many years of experience and tons of knowledge, including the fine details, which they freely share. I have had the pleasure of working with one of his agents, Glen Wilson, who helped me navigate the complicated and tricky process of finding the right Medigap supplemental insurance policy for me, and Medicare part D drug coverage. Glenn and I communicated via email and phone. He let me ask all of my questions and explained things in a straightforward manner. He took all my information on the phone, completed my application for supplemental insurance, and emailed me the copy which I then signed electronically. He submitted my application to Medicare and emailed me the approved contract. Yay! What a relief! Thank you so much, Glen. I know I would've made mistakes without your help. There's a perk — a knowledgeable advocate on staff who will handle issues for me that may arise with my coverage. I found Matthew Cunniff via YouTube, and information is also available from their online site. This is a must-go-to organization, in my opinion. You'll get an education, assistance, and positive results.

As I near age 65, I have been dreading my Medicare Initial Enrollment Period. There is so much information coming from so many sources, adding confusion to an important decision. The easiest thing would have been to just accept my former employer's Advantage Plan - in many ways a continuation of the long-time insurance I had for 40 years before retirement. But I didn't like my insurance company looking over my doctor's shoulder, requiring pre-approvals for procedures, denying claims, and narrowing which doctors I could see. Then I ran across some videos by Medigap Seminars on YouTube. The company's common sense (and no drama) approach to choosing a Medicare Plan that best fit MY needs was a welcome surprise. After a couple of months of viewing videos and reading information on their website, I contacted Medigap Seminars for an initial quote. Having researched "all things Medicare" for the past few months, I knew the plan I wanted to get. I originally contacted a different broker who was recommended to me, and I received the various quotes etc. After narrowing my choice down between two insurance companies, the broker was leaning towards one of them, to which I was hesitant based on customer reviews, etc., and my feeling was that aside from the quotes, etc., there was just something missing in order for me to make a decision, which left me feeling uncomfortable with this broker's recommendation. After sitting on what to do for about a week, I came across Medigap Seminars on YouTube, and watched a few of their videos, and I was totally impressed. Their videos are extremely informative, concise and easy to understand. The next morning I decided to contact them and explained my situation, thinking they may or may not help me with deciding between the two insurance companies. After processing everything, I felt I had the clarity that I was missing to make my decision, as well as a second decision to go with Medigap Seminars to purchase my Plan. From the application process done over the phone, to follow up emails, and to receiving my policy number a week later, [employee's name] was very helpful, patient and transparent, and, I highly recommend her, as I obviously do this company.
