Wow! Such a smooth process. The tech wasnt very personable but did remain professional during the process. The Dr. was extremely nice and calming. Her name usage made you feel like shes been your Dr for years. They uploaded the info immediately and I was able to renew my license right away. Extremely helpful since my license expired while I was visiting out of state. So convenient. I cannot say enough great things. Definitely recommend.

The whole process was very well explained, simple and easy. The two people that I interacted with (technician + optician) were on time, courteous and professional. It took about 10 minutes total to do the vision test and then I clicked on a couple of links and received my temporary renewed driving licence by email immediately. I really appreciated the fact that I could do the test from the comfort of my own home. I highly recommend this company.

Awesome doctor and a very pretty professional secretary! A+++ service especially with the DMV appointment dates not being in sync with my time on duty. Ten minutes and I was done, they also submit the information to the DMV direct which take any error out of renewal. I may not have to use this service again for another couple of years. When that time comes I will happily use this valuable service again regardless of DMV COVID-19 limitations (if) still in place.

Excellent service! I live abroad and was in dire need of getting this vision test completed for my driver's license renewal. Cleared to Drive was very professional, on time, clear with instructions and kind. The whole process took 10 minutes or less. I was nervous to try this service because its online but it was just what I needed. Just make sure you have a work internet and all the things they request on hand before your appointment. What an amazing and awesome service! :)

Efficient and professional! They even laughed at my cheesy uncontrollable dad jokes. Seriously, the service was top notch as they seamlessly answered every question and concern I had about the process and what to expect. From registration to the actual eye exam, they left nothing to be desired. Grateful for not having to trek through heavy traffic or look for parking, and instead, I was able to use their virtual service to take my eye exam from the comfort of my home, and they electronically submitted the follow-up paperwork. 10/10!

The experience was great. Extremely helpful. Especially for someone like myself who is challenged to be able to go into the office. The appointment was set. When the time came it was easy to log in. The technician (name of technician) and the doctor really calmed my nerves. The information that I had passed the eye exam was submitted right to the DMV which was very important to me because it was my last day to be able to provide proof that I had taken and passed an eye exam. I had renewed my license on line a year before and just needed this piece to finalize my on line submission. Thank you so very much for providing this service.

Honestly I was a little worried this was a scam, but it was the easiest process I've had with anything eye exam related in years. I made my appointment, and was seen by a tech right on time. After confirming my info, he passed me along to an optician, who did my test right through my smartphone. I passed and paid, they forwarded my results to the DMV instantly, who then did approve my license renewal. The whole process took literally a fraction of the time and money person drugstores might charge for an eye exam but you can't beat the convenience especially if avoiding public places for COVID. Can't recommend enough.

Yes they're for real and they're awesome! Honestly, this was way better and easier than I dared to hope. I was in the middle of my online driver's license renewal and I'm overseas, so the last thing I wanted to deal with was figuring out how to get the eye test done. I did a search, found these guys, and not only was the service the easiest possible way to get it done, I was able to get an appointment within the hour. Within the hour! I don't know if that's normal or lucky but it was fantastic, and then they automatically feed the results to the renewal system, instantly, so literally when you're done with the test you go back to the renewal page and it's ready for you. I wish everything worked this smoothly! Very highly recommended. Fantastic.

Have you ever found a hidden gem that sounds too good to be true on an online marketplace but turned out to be amazing? I'm glad ClearToDrive put up advertisements on that platform or I would've missed the opportunity to deal with such professional and accommodating staff members. Everything is setup online, there are instructions posted in multiple areas, each step is straight forward and the user is notified digitally when they pass the eye exam. You just need to log into your ClearToDrive account and select the renew button. Best of all, if you work 6 days a week and only have a few minutes to spare, appointment slots are plenty. If a time slot is open, you can make an appointment and take the eye exam within minutes. Thank you for providing this service to an essential worker.

This was a positive experience and I was initially very anxious to try an online service days before my license expired. I went to the main website, selected start test now and was sent to a doxy.com waiting room (doxy is a secure site often used for medical appointments so this was reassuring). Within minutes I was in a room with a technician who took down some basic information which it looks like she was inputting into the dmv site as we spoke. An optometrist then came into the room and has me do a basic vision test. A minute later, I passed and the technician explained that it would all be sent to the dmv immediately and I would receive an email which would allow me to renew my license. I typed my credit card info into a popup screen and the session was done. Moments later I received the email with a direct link to the dmv. My results were already sent to the DMV and I renewed my license. It took [insert number] minutes [insert time frame] from going on to clearedtodrive.com website to printing out my temporary license on the DMV.

When I got the notice that it was time to renew my expiring drivers license, I was dismayed to read that a vision test was required. I'm older and don't get around that easily now. I recalled seeing somewhere that there were online vision tests and started searching. I found Cleared to Drive ("CtD") very easily. I originally wanted to use an Android tablet that I'd added a compatible browser to but hit a glitch; while speaking with the CtD representative the microphone worked but not the camera - browser not supported. X-( I knew my smartphone browser would work - the CtD representative readily texted a link. She and the optometrist were very pleasant and accommodating because I move kinda slowly. I think the price is reasonable for the convenience of a vision test without leaving home! The Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) got the test results immediately; CtD then emailed me the DMV link so I could complete the online renewal process right away; then the DMV emailed me a link to download and print a temporary license. It was so effortless - Start to finish, maybe 10 minutes elapsed. I have already recommended Cleared to Drive to a couple of friends.
