I had a six month deal with Overson Pest Control for services every 60 days or so
I had a six month deal with Overson Pest Control for services every 60 days or so. They came 3 or 4 times, but couldn't make it for the last one. They still sent me a bill for services they didn't do. I said no way and they charged my card SEVEN times for $10.00 without asking me. That's not cool.
They didn't spray my house for 4 months and charged me for those months
They didn't spray my house for 4 months and charged me for those months. They took $217.50 for the month of July. When I called to cancel their service, they said they would charge me a $50 cancellation fee. I don't think I should have to pay that when they charged me $227.50. I want my money back and I don't want to be charged a cancellation fee. My neighbors told me that they never saw the pest control company come out for the 3 months they were supposed to. There's always someone at my place, so if they sprayed, why am I still getting spiders and other bugs inside my home? I just want my money back and for them to waive the cancellation fee. Please help me get my money back. Thank you.
