The staff of 3 were very professional. Efforts were made to protect hard wood flooring etc... Staff was very approachable regarding any questions we had. The biggest selling feature were the before and after pictures of our duct work. I am a wood worker and there was a significant amount of dust removed which had accumulated. The final results were impressive. I also appreciated the fact that 'upselling' was not excessive. I would strongly recommend this Ottawa Duct Cleaning to anyone. I will have them return in the future.

The technicians arrived on time and were excellent and very pleasant to have in our house. Entirely satisfied. I moved into this utterly dusty house. I could smell the dust in the air. The heating system was operating overtime and was totally erratic (COLD in places and unbearable HOT in other zones of the house), I knew the duct system would be very dirty. I had been recommended to Ottawa Duct Cleaning by my Real Estate Agent. The guys arrived on time. They explained to me what they would do after they went about the house. I felt very confident that they knew their business and they went about cleaning all the duct mouths, air vents and dryer. They showed me the before and after photos which was night and day. The young men left the house impeccable. The problems I had had with the heating system was no more. The heat was better balanced, the air felt fresh. I am SO GRATEFUL FOR THEIR EFFICIENT SERVICE.
