We were incredibly impressed by this company. The owner personally called us to check on us, even while out of town. The team that came to help us were kind and thorough. They didn't try to upsell or tell us things were worse than they actually were. We will use this company with any further needs!

Pro4mance made a tough sewer back up situation so much better. They were prompt, pleasant, professional and got the cleanup done right away - and the restoration. Their work was top notch. Britt, Mike, George and Jonah were awesome to work with and I was very comfortable having them work in my home.

I called this company when my condo got flooded. They arrived fast. The guys helping me were very professional and got right to work. They explained the process of what they were doing. They brought in industrial fans and industrial dehumidifiers. They made sure my situation was taken care of.. Highly recommend them.

I contacted Pro4mance to repair our roof after our home inspection found some minor damage. Pat came out within a week and provided us with a reasonable estimate. They then came back and completed the work in a timely manner. Excellent communication throughout the process. I would recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs.

After a storm we had lost some shingles off our roof. I made a call to Pro4mance and within an hour the roof was evaluated for damage and within another 4 hours the work was done. We recently contracted Pro4mance after a sewage back-up in our basement. If anyone has ever had this experience...you know that both the smell and the cleanup are not an easy thing to tackle. Prom4mance was excellent with their communication before the job, during the job and after the job. They were prompt and professional. Our basement was so thoroughly cleaned that no one would have suspected the state that it was in prior. I cannot stress enough how highly I recommend Pro4mance.

Responsive, professional, punctual, courteous, and they got the job done. I was frantic that Sunday evening when I called them after stepping into 6 inches of water in my basement. They were at my house within an hour with their hoses and drying machines. Each and every person I dealt with during that 10-day period was extremely professional and polite. They kept me informed on the status daily. I was extremely impressed with their customer service and would recommend them to anyone.

Our basement flooded with inches of water and the guys at Pro4mance came out quickly and removed water, carpet, padding, tile and baseboard from 1700 ft worth of finished area. They set up fans and when we had a problem, out of their control, a guy came back out at 2am! Britt always answered the phone and took the time to listen to my concerns as I had never went through something like this and answered all of my questions even about the insurance claim. I would recommend this company to anyone that has water damage.

We were beyond grateful to have this company assist with water damage to our basement. They made a difficult situation absolutely painless! From the beginning they were professional, courteous and respectful of our belongings when they were packing. During COVID, they used all precautions when interacting and left the job site spotless each evening. They will be the first call we make if we are faced with a similar situation in the future. Pro4mance Contracting did an amazing job at my home. The salesman, Jon Smith, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He made several suggestions regarding the best option for my roof which helped me make the best decision. He was also able to repair my bedroom ceiling where the roof had leaked through. He gave us an estimate and time frame and stuck to both. The crew was on time very diligent and clean. The cost was very reasonable. I cannot say enough good things about this company! I highly recommend them for any of your repair needs!

I engaged Pro4mance Contracting to perform a shingled roof repair and to install gutters on our garage. Pat with Pro4mance made two trips (due to weather) to complete a damage investigation and to provide and estimate for the the roof repair. He was very courteous and professional. Roofing crew showed up in a timely manner and completed the repair. Several days later the the crew came an installed the gutters. Both crews were knowledgeable in their craft and did an excellent job of cleanup. I would highly recommend this company to others and will contact them again if the need arises. Paul T.

One week after finishing a major basement renovation, it flooded and ruined the flooring in one room and part of another. We had Servpro out and they wanted to charge us upwards of $3,000 for the work. I've never been happier to seek a second opinion. Pro4mance did the job for under a thousand. And, we're more than happy with the work done. Randall and his team were by far the nicest people we've had to deal with throughout this whole fiasco. Honest, too. They ended up using slightly less equipment than they'd quoted for and proactively adjusted the price accordingly instead of letting it slip by until we pointed it out. They'll be recommended to everyone I know for this sort of stuff.

After a long period of ice and snow this winter I discovered there was damage to the interior of my garage. As the ice began to thaw I noticed that the drywall was very wet on one wall and extended to the ceiling. When I contacted my homeowner's insurance they provided a list of contractors in the area, and Pro4mance was on the list. I had a previous positive experience with this company regarding some wind damage to my roof, so I was relieved to see that they could do the restoration. This company was very helpful, coordinating with me and my insurance company. They quickly started work on the damage, finished in a timely manner, and returned my garage to its pre damage condition. I would definitely use this company again.

In the aftermath of a spring storm, Pro4mance was a delightful experience. They responded immediately, did an assessment, took photos, provided a temporary repair, an estimate, and put us at ease during the process of getting an insurance claim approved. The work was scheduled and conducted on time. They completed the work excellently and did a great clean-up afterwards. Their attention to customer service is superior! They assisted with information and photos for me to send to the insurance company and this was instrumental in getting approval quickly for a complete roofing replacement. Pro4Mance Fire & Water Restoration Services has now taken care of our home in Deputy, Indiana on two separate occasions. Both times involved water disasters in our basement. The first was a pipe that broke while we were away, and the second involved a failure in a whole house water filter that caused a 3/4 inch supply line to fill our basement with water. On both occasions Pro4Mance was excellent. They were here within a couple of hours of our call. They quickly took care of the drying process and then made arrangements to restore the damage in a very short time. The company was in constant contact every step of the way, and they returned our basement to its original finish. Quality work with compassion and an urgency to return to normal is how I would describe this company. Satisfaction was their goal on both issues in which we were confronted. They also worked closely with our insurance company who actually recommended during our first waterline breakage. I highly recommend them. They are professionals from first contact to finished restoration.
