IQAMA - Unauthorized use of my iqama and charges.
Service number [protected] is not mine. I complaint about this many times since 2021 but no investigation was done. Somebody uses my iqama number without my permission. Now stc is asking me to pay 6200 sr for the item that I did not took and submitted my name to bureau of credit. Its not fair for me as a victim to be treated like this. I need an investigation and im willing to cooperate. Thank you.

08/04/2022 I ordered a TV Antenna that is suppose to reach 990 miles for $89.97 for my Uncle. He got instead a 200 mile antenna that's stating on the box with antenna in it. Upon finding info on the antenna he got is half of what I paid for. They have also put a recurring charge of $15.95 on my checking account from which I did not approve and know nothing about the reason of the charge.
