I bought 4 shawls on 05/12/2022 while travelling from Singapore to Chennai from Singapore airport. Of the 4 shawls 3 are100 % silk and 1 is 100% silk feeling polyster. 100% silk feeling polyster is obviously NOT silk and is of inferior quality. It should not have been kept in the silk shawl section along with 100% silk shawls and with the same price tag Not a healthy business practice

GP Net Support - Their customer service.
I had an account with this company at one time. I have tried to access the account without any luck. I have contacted them several times to find out why I am unable to access the account. They asked for IP address information and will not tell me if my IP is blocked and if it is, why. It has been 2 weeks with no response. This poorest excuse for customer service I have every seen.
