I bought my kitchen off Tierney Kitchens in February 2020. Paint work on my presses has started to peel off. I ve asked the company to deal with this issue and they have told me that I did not but my kitchen off them. I have an order form of my purchased items, breakdown of the kitchen and appliances purchased but the company under Tierneys is called Arc Joinery. I know as in I sat down and designed the kitchen with a woman in Tierney Kitchens Nov/Dec 2019 called "Justina".

Desired outcome: I would like the paint work to be sprayed on some of my presses
I am a security contractor for Tierney kitchens, and have invoiced them for agreed priced work that has been carried out. Up to date i have not been paid. I was promised payment on numerious occasions by Stephen in accounts.
Stephen disappeared and i was then dealing with a girl called Iveta.
She did contact me and asked that i email her all outstand invoices.
Thats exactly what i did, not once but three times because we invoice on a monthly basic.
So three months have passed and this girl has also disappeared not answering calls or emails.
I also sent the outstanding invoices to Lee Tierney the Managing Director and made numerious phone calls to him, up to today none of my calls have been returned.
Really not a good way to run a business. They have left me with no other alternative but to go the legal route.
Desired outcome; Simply just to get paid for the work that has been carried out...
