On the 31October 2022, I had a break down with my VW Polo which had to be towed to the dealer VW Fourways, which I had to call to make arrangements for them to receive and fix my vehicle, I had managed to arrange with the service consultant on the day Ms./Mrs. L April. My car was towed inn has arranged and had informed them that this car is used for me to go to work.

The problem started when I hadn't heard any communication 4 days after, I then called inn on the 4 November 2022 to find out what was going on and no quotation or report on the fault on vehicle after complaining I only received a quotation of R19426,95 and (R 5936,30 unrelated to the break down) which I then gave them a go ahead to fix the leaking radiator and 3 igniting coils.

It then became quiet for another 4 days without any communication until on the 8th of November 2022 I had to make another phone call and send an email requesting that I come to pick up my car, only to find out that nothing was done was done to my car yet, I then decided on the same day 8th of November 2022 personally go to the dealer, only to find out that

they have not fixed the vehicle, when I asked why the delay, I was I told that I need to pay a 50% deposit before they commence with the repairs, this is where I felt that I have been racially profile, I then requested to speak to the service manager, Also He then told me there is nothing He can do It is their policy.

I was very upset and explained they should have explained from the beginning I would have made the payment; a deposit was made R 6000.00 and I need the car for my work, only then He arranged a relief vehicle and had promised me that my car would be ready by 10th November 2022. On the 10th the car was presumed to ready, among that I had informed them not to fix the 3 faulty ignition coils) but rather check for me the heat system of the since they were replacing the radiator system.

I took the car on the 10th, before I even got home the water coolant levels drop and drove back to the dealer, where the workshop super visor was called to check and then told me that it's just needed to top up the coolant and gave me another 1-liter coolant bottle to pour when the engine is cooler. I took the car home left it for 2 days without driving it, then on the 12 November 2022 poured the coolant and drove car again it was still losing the coolant level and warning level empty alarm, I then when back on that day to dealer, the service consultant was not at work because I was told that she was not working on Saturday, but the workshop supervisor was called again, he then

took the car to the shop, while I waited and brought it back then sad it just needed another top up coolant.

I then asked Him why that was leaking still happening and that they did not fix the heating system as requested, He then told me that He did not know about the fixing of the heating system will have to inform the consultant on Monday 14th November 2022. On Monday 14th November 2022 I send an email to inform and arranged to bring back the car and She only responded on 17th November to informed me that they are fully booked and can only book my car for 24th November 2022. I then responded to inform Her that I needed to bring the car on the 23rd of November 2022 for the next day has I am working early and would need a relief vehicle, she since has not responded, and my car water/coolant levels is still leaking and heating still not working properly.

Kindly note full payment were made already total +-R 12689.00 and the car is still not properly fixed.

Desired outcome: For my car to be properly fixed as I have fully paid.
