D R Courier review: Missing shipment since 28th feb 2022

Dear Sir/ Madam,

We had sent a shipment on 28th of February 2022, from Abu Dhabi to Thrissur- Kerala- India. Unfortunately till date we haven't received our shipment. We have already done several follow ups in this matter and the update we always receive is that we will receive it by next month. They were really rude to us when we used to call for follow ups, especially one Mr. Althaf.

we have already paid AED 1230.00 only for the courier charges and plus the cost of our goods in the shipment.
