I had a billing issue with Orkin, I have 4 properties in the Brooklyn area - I called to question in why my bill went up 25%. they said annual increase. when I called to inquire why, I could not get an answer that made any sense. I was transferred to the manager (Sean Harkness) who was rude and dismissive. He basically said if I wanted to cancel all 4 of my contacts which total almost $2800/year. I couldn't believe it. I asked for his manager and left message - waiting for a call back. They don't realize that WORD OF MOUTH is the worst sort of advertisement

Recommendation: be careful signing contract - read fine print with
