My son was a new truck driver, sharing his truck with another person, and brought home bedbugs. This company convinced us that you could eradicate them with a spray which would be far cheaper than using the heat process that or all other companies find successful. They agreed that on the 30th day they would give me a call and see how it’s going because their service warranty is only for 30 days. On the 31st day, in the same room where they sprayed, we saw two bedbugs alive. One had crawled up onto the arm of a chair, and the other one was in the same area on the floor exactly where they had been before. Nobody had lived in this room the entire month. When I called the man on the 31st day, he immediately told me that I was outside my warranty period, (by hours). When he came over to look at them, he told me those bugs were dead, and that it was a brand new infestation, and that I would be charged again. So what he was saying is that within just a couple hours since midnight, two bedbugs that did not exist in my home since midnight the night before, managed to be brought into my house from the outside, yet nobody left the house, dropped off into a room that nobody went into before spotting them, climb up the chair and suddenly die since I made the phone call to him.
