OptumRX — mail order prescription service
Told I have an outstanding bill (even with credit card on file) going back several years which delays orders; but, always filled after investigating. Each rep advises me it was taken care of and will correct the issues. I find this harrassment with every order and never corrected very stressful. If not for the convenience, I would close my account.
Can you help me settle or advise procedure. (Bills come monthly in the mail, also) $80.24
Want debit cleared on my account and paper trail(bill) showing Total Due: 0 for my records.
