Optima Tax Relief review: Tax debt relief

I gave 8200 in cash to optima relief. Submitted all documents requested. They played constant phone tag with me. I would call, get someone who said they knew nothing about my case and would leave a message with my case manager. I would never hear back. I finally got an email response and asked to set up a phone apt. They never called and when I called in she was not available. Then I get an email Friday saying she is withdrawing my power of attorney bc they can’t get hold of me, good luck. No mention about reimbursing me, nothing. I will not be able to get hold of this person I am sure when I call Monday
