Weve been with this company for 14 months and no resolution after nearly paying $12,000 for business and personal TaxesCommunication is horrible and far in between! I will be writing a letter to the ComplaintsBoard.com and I am also contacting my bank. The good reviews are probably PAID REVIEWS, because I have been extremely unhappy and after receiving an email from *** being rude, that took the cake.

What a waste of $3850! The only thing they came up with was for me to sign an agreement with the *** that I knew I couldnt keep. When nobody would return my call until I posted a poor review on their *** page, I was told that signing this kind of legal contract that I knew I couldnt honor was just the way business is done. There is a real lack of integrity here. Do not do business with this company.

This is the worst company to deal with, they care nothing about their clients. They do not stand by what they claim they can do, not to mention they give you the run around! I would not recommend them to anyone! Their all about money, and not really concerned with your problems. They can care less if you or your family end up in the streets! I pray no one else falls victim to these con artists! I paid my hard-earned money, and got no results!

Justice Tax assured they would settle my case and that it was not that complicated. Wrong, The tax deadline has passed and I've tried to contact them to no avail. Spoke to several people and never get a response. They continue to take monthly payments from me. Seems like they outsource their cases to people working from home with no skills That's who I speak with. All apologies no results. No one seems to know the status of my case. Sub par outfit!

I have no complaints; only good things to say about Justice Tax. From the first time I did an online questionnaire about my tax situation, they have stayed in touch with me and let me know what is happening each and every step of the way. I did pay them quite a heft sum, $3,000 over the course of a year, but it was worth it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone experiencing state and/or federal tax issues. They were a great help to me. :-)

So far I'm unsure what to think of this group. I am hoping a lot of time and money has not been wasted waiting for a solution. We began correspondence months ago and have submitted everything they've asked for and we're still receiving threats from the *** as if nothing has been done. We're terrified that we may lose our small business that we've (like many other small business') have invested all of our assets, inheritance, time, and hard work in to. Terrified and unsure we made the right decision.

I worked with several people at Justice Tax to get my issue addressed. *** was my main point of contact and he kept me up to date on the activities. Every person I worked with was professional and knowledgeable. My issue was a little out of the norm, but they managed it to a very positive solution.They advised me of the documents they needed and after I submitted the documents, they took it from there. I am very pleased with the work that was done, the outcome, and the entire experience with Justice Tax.

Justice Tax saved me, as a business owner, on multiple occasions. From dealing with the State to dealing with the *** They have made my life so much less stressful and have helped me to keep the doors to my business open. When another tax company failed to provide services that I paid for, Justice Tax saved the day. I will not hire any other tax relief company besides Justice Tax for my future needs. They have gone above and beyond to help me. Everyone that I have had the pleasure to speak to has been kind and helped to ease my mind. Thank you, to the Justice Tax team!

Ross was an amazing partner. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he was also kind. No judgment. I know making this phone call could lead to some fear and anxiety, believe me, I was there, but once you speak to Justice Tax, that for me went away. Ross came up with a game plan that will save me ALOT of money and will make me compliant after not filing taxes for 10 years. If you are in tax trouble, the IRS is an unforgiving collection agent. PROTECT YOURSELF. Call Justice Tax, and if you are lucky, you will get to work with Ross... although I am sure all of their tax experts are just as knowledgeable.

I paid these people $3,450 around May and I have received no information on my case or its status.I've made numerous phone calls sent text messages and even emails to different people advising they work for this company of lawyers.I was put off on phone calls left on hold for 10 minutes had to call back.I've been told people were sick my case was pushed to someone else someone else quit and was pushed on to someone else I've been apologized too and told that they were sorry and still here it is December the middle of the month and still nothing from them for my money.Don't recommend these people to anyone for any reason they're a scam.Now I have to figure out how to get my money back and find a real lawyer.

I had a consultation today with Josh. He took almost an hour of his time speaking with me, obtaining all the pertinent information, even speaking with the legal team to determine the best course of action and I am blown away at the customer service and overall experience I had with this company. So much so that I wrote a review on their social media accounts and with the ComplaintsBoard.com. So many times customers complain and TOO FEW let you know when you get it right. Thank you for being a company with integrity and knowledgeable employees. A prior experience with a tax company left me very leary and took me years to agree to another consultation and second opinion. But this company, specifically, my interaction with Josh renewed my trust in allowing a company like this to handle my tax debts.

If I could give them -100, I would. I called them after my husband passed because of back taxes. I signed up in Feb of 2021 and now it is November and I just received an email (not any calls) saying they want a power of attorney signed again...so months of calls and promises that someone would get back to me has just happened and this is what they want? I want my money back! With the name "Justice", I need justice. I need my money! One *** assured me that he would help me. He even gave me his direct number but still no response after many attempts. After the death of my husband, this has been the biggest mistake and it keeps me in tears. They don't care anything about the situation, just the money they can get out of you. If they mean to help, why is it so hard for communication, resolution or just give me my money back!

This as a terrible company. i hired Justice Tax to help me take care of my personal tax debt of less than ***. I gave them almost $2,000.00 to get started. a month later I had not heard a thing from anyone. I called the *** as i was suspicious of nothing happening with my tax account. My suspicions had grown correct as the *** informed me that no tax professionals had even requested power of attorney to my tax records. After this I had requested a full refund from Justice Tax Service. they tried to keep me on by making up disingenuous excuses as why no one had started with my account such as " oh we are backed up due to covid-19" I just wanted to move on to another Tax Professional but Justice did not feel the same way. They offered me a ridiculous refund and said my money was already spent helping me with my case? This company clearly stole from me so I hired a lawyer to help me with this matter. Unfortunately for me the legal cost would have surpassed any money i would have recovered so i had to eat this one. Just trying to make the hard working public like me beware of this scam of a company. There are real Tax professionals out there that will help you but this is not one of them.

Calling a tax relief service was one of the hardest things I have had to do. I knew I was in trouble with the IRS for not filing several years. Just selecting a tax service was a daunting task, I mean which ones actually do what they claim to do? In the end I called Justice Tax, mainly because they had more positive reviews than any of the others I had looked at. Turned out to be the smartest thing I could have done! Josh interviewed me and immediately put me right at ease, we talked for well over an hour to get to the root of the issue and come up with a plan. We didn't even discuss paying for the service until the very end of our conversation. That was a welcome change since the tax relief companies I had called a year or so earlier, that was all they were concerned about. Mandy was assigned to my case and she immediately went to work, she got the power of attorney filed and past filings taken care of. As a result of her hard work and dedication to her client she was even able to get the property lien removed as well as instead of Owing the IRS about 28K I ended up getting about 10K back. Absolutely amazing! I highly recommend Justice Tax to anyone with a tax problem that they cannot deal with on their own. The process is a bit slow due to the IRS being in no hurry to deal with old filings but the results are well worth the wait, as well as the piece of mind you get when the ball is rolling and things are finally finished.

Sometimes, early August , I received a notice from IRS that I was owing them over $9,000. Although, I knew this was coming, nevertheless, I panicked and started looking for a way out. In my search for answers, I came across Justice Tax LLC and reached out to them. A gentleman by the name of John W called me back. John is one of the most professional persons I have ever spoken to. He gave me all information and send me to their website for more information. I did my research also and thought this company, based on the reviews, is very credible. During my second call with John, I decided to go with Justice Tax by paying them $2600 in addition to my debt with IRS because I was promised that all penalties and interest would stop accruing on my tax debts. I gave them $250 via bank deduction on August 14 and gave them permission to continue to deduct $200 monthly until this is paid up. However, I kept digging and realized that what I owe is way more than I thought and that no one could stop the accrual of the penalties/interest - the main reason I went with Justice Tax in the first place. At this point, I have not signed a contract. I was assigned a contact person by the name of Laura K, E.A. So, I reached out to them Justice Tax via email to cancel my agreement with them. No response was received and within days, September 15 to be exact, the second month deduction was made. I emailed my contact person and asked her to cancel my agreement. She responded that she has forwarded my email to the client care department and they will be reaching out to me soon, this was September 15. I thought this would be an easy process since I have not signed any contract. I even agreed to have them refund the last $200 only believing the stupidity of making an agreement with them in the first place was my fault and could cost me $250. Today is October 9 and without hearing back from the client care dept., I received another email that I will be receiving another deduction from my account in three days. These deductions are without any services offered to me, and no contract signed. I am not sure what exactly the charges are for and why it is so difficult to cancel my account without any services provided. I tried to dispute the charges in my account, but for some weird reasons, I could not. I need Justice Tax to stop charging me for services not provided and for them to return all money deducted from account. I thought they were a very reputable company, but I am learning a bitter lesson not to trust a company just by following others review.
