Optical Outlets review: I would like to go back and get a different set of frames and a different lens. Not happy at all with these glasses

First off Dr. Bailey is awesome. The staff is not so great. They are not helpful at all. They sit and point at the walls and say look for a pair.. the glasses are not organized by any size, manufacturer color style, no organization whatsoever. Don't ask their opinion of a pair of glasses, they don't have one. After picking up my glasses I had them for one week. Once I picked my glasses up I realized that they just were not quite right. On a Saturday night I went to take them off after having them only a week they broke. Of course can't call till Monday. The glasses are very poor quality. I had planned on going back the first of the week to have them look at the glasses. On the nose bar my glasses actually have a large flaw in the frame. That was my reason and the slight visual problem. I'm not happy with the frames I'm not happy with the lens.
