Optical Outlets - Eyeglasses

After the purchase of 3 pairs of glasses and the script being off. the main worker and manager in her 30s approximately 300lbs wears large blue glasses was horribly rude after I needed the issue resolved. She was so laughing and carrying on while charging my husband daughter and 1900$ which was insanely overpriced. We did go with a big less expensive...then refused to help with anything further even asked me and my child why we can't "just deal" with the off prescription. We were so blown away by this comment and the complete Dr. Jekkyl Mr. Hide bazaar feeling we left with and the personality she carried on that we immediately left. We will be going to the BBB regarding this situation. Please advise this manager and staff. This is very serious.

Desired outcome: A meeting with the staff at this office.
