Problems occurred on January 13, 2026 between 1:30PM and 2:25 PM.
1) Contact Us screen does not allow for user questions or complaints.
2) There was no verification code sent or called to my contacts in my profile..
3) Help phone number asked a few questions then automatically disconnect my phone call.
