They constantly sending me emails with discounts and promotions to start more courses, even though i called them to unsubscribe to the promotions and they agreed to stop. They keep bombarding my email with annoying advertisement several times a week.

They dont give me any support with my spelling because of my dyslexia as promised they would.

The textbook they recommended for the course has the wrong answers, and they refuse to help me find the right ones. They told me that i personaly need to contact the publisher even though it was me who paid for the course and the books, and after contacting the publisher (pearsons) I still didnt get the right answers to the very expensive textbook.

The links on their online course rarely work and am ask to do tasks based on those links to nowhere. On top of all that, I don't even know how my teachers look like

If I knew how horrible they were, I would definitely have chosen a different school. I honestly don't know how they have such high reviews.

I am very disappointed to read your complaint.

I'd like to clarify that if students do not wish to receive emails, they have the option to unsubscribe by clicking on the provided link in the email. Moreover, if they contact us at learnerservices@openstudycollege.com, we would be happy to assist them with their request. I can see that you requested to be removed from all email communication in December 2022, and we have already taken care of this for you. No marketing emails have been sent to you since then.

We are sorry to hear that you feel unsupported. If you have any learning difficulties, please let us know. We will send you an additional support questionnaire, and based on your responses, we will review the situation and determine the support we can provide. For example, if you have dyslexia, our tutors will take it into account when marking your work.

If you have any concerns about Pearson textbooks, it is advisable to contact Pearson directly. We have not come across any inaccuracies in their content. However, if you believe that the Pearson books you bought directly from them have errors, you would have to speak to them to address your concerns.

We are always happy to support our students and have received a lot of positive feedback. Therefore, it is disheartening to read your complaint, especially as we have had no correspondence with you since December 2022.
