Although internal cracks occured on back led light's plastic, OPEL TÜRKİYE didn't check it physically and they just commented from my photos which I sent to service.They gave their decision as an user error although they didnt touch the part.I am waiting support from OPEL HQ. I have filed an application with the Consumer Arbitration Committee because OPEL TÜRKİYE is not addressing the issue.
