Dear Sir/Madam,

I am an owner of a 2018 Opel GrandLand in Egypt, millage now is 110K KM.

All recommended maintenance schedules were done at Mansour car company, the official authorized dealer in Egypt.

The car started showing the check engine oil sign at 45K, which I took immediately to the dealer. they recommended top-up engine oil with feedback that engine is efficient. The same issue happened several time and they repeated the same action of top-ups with reference to user manual that says same rate of top-up is needed with no risk of engine break down.

repetitively the situation occurred at 60, 70, 80 and 90 K Km's with pattern between each top-up of 4000 to 2000 Km.

Also, the pattern is that it would happen about 4 K after the maintenance.

Now and after reaching the 100K it precisely requests top-up every [protected] Km.

This is an extra cost that i bare and risk of losing the full engine value as car is out of the warranty period with no extended warranty.

As an Opel loyal customer, I did follow all the recommendations to maintain my car. I fulfilled my obligations and I ask that Opel would do the same stand behind its name and products. That was the only reason why I bought Opel to start with.

Thanks for your time and help in this urgent matter. I would wait for your response to resolve this issue fairly.

Best Regards

Desired outcome: Engie repair/Replace.
