Some of the work was done under difficult conditions in very cold weather and I give a big shout out to the installer, John for his resilience and expertise! Mike was always very quick in communications and gave us a detailed quote with a warranty on the work. When the time comes to install new siding on the house we will be contacting him again. Thanks to John and his excellent team at Only Eavestroughs Inc. for installing our new eavestroughs, downspouts and fascia. They are friendly, knowledgeable and easy to contact. John provided a detailed written quote and responded to all our questions and concerns. These professionals went the extra mile to ensure the job was done well and that we were satisfied with the finished product. Extra time was taken at the end of the day to clean up and dispose of our old materials, pieces of metal and nails so that our lawn and driveway were spotless. We are very happy with the fresh new results! John and his team are highly recommended.

Right from the very start they were pleasant, easy to talk to, and answered any question I had. John, the site manager who was in charge of the job, took a lot of pride in his work and Hunter, his helper, was an awesome worker and both were great guys to have around. They always wanted to do the best job and even when I didn't see it, they knew there was an area they could do better and they did by taking it off and redoing it because they have pride in their work. As a former contractor, I so appreciate that. I know what it takes to get up every day and work for people in and around their homes and do the best job you can. Thanks to Mark, the owner, and his crew for making my job awesome and it looks so good that even my neighbors (who don't compliment on much) told me that my house looks fantastic now! I highly recommend Only Eavestroughs. YOU won't be sorry!

I recently had my eavestroughs replaced by Michael O'Kane and his crew. Though I cannot comment on the quality of the work, as time will tell, I will comment on my experience.
The men who replaced the eavestroughs were on time, courteous and professional at all times. The work would have been completed in one day but an issue arose which required them to come back the second day and the issue was resolved within an hour. The issue may have cost me an additional $500 but the crew discussed it and resolved the issue at no additional cost.
I have no reason to doubt the quality of work. I thank them for a job well done.
