Got eight windows defogged about one month ago and very satisfied with the result.Getting a quote online and then in person was simple and quick.Prices are competitive, got done in a timely manner and the quality is there.Basco is who you need to call. I didn't know who to go to for help with our window issues, so I had been putting it off for years. It finally got serious enough that I contacted the team at Basco. The customer service representatives and the other staff were pleasant to deal with, the issues were addressed promptly, the repairs and replacements worked, and they stayed fixed. Very pleased with the result.

Showed up as scheduled, accepted my measurements, and performed defogging in predicted time-frame. 2 picture windows and 5 smaller windows. The smaller windows cleared in a day or 2.The larger ones took slightly over a week. I had been told the effect could take time. Total cost was less than the replacement cost of one of the larger windows.

I had several windows defogged and the hopeless ones replaced. Fantastic job...my windows look great and have enhanced the appearance of my home. Very good service, Simon, Connor and John were a pleasure to work with and they provided great results and great product. I have one window left that I am going to replace and I look forward to having them do it. I would recommend them without hesitation.

We had Basco check 2 of our windows to be defogged, unfortunately they were not able to provide this service for us so they gave us a quote to replace them. We did end up having Simon and his team replace them. Very efficient, on time and a fair price. His team was very respectful and friendly. The work went exactly as they said it would, and we would recommend Basco for residential window replacement.

We had three fixed pain living room windows caulked and two of the pains de-fogged. The results are very good and the 40 year old wood frame windows have an extended life. We avoided the astronomical costs of replacements windows and the very limited choice of vinyl or aluminum. Further, the service was professional and exceedingly polite. The quotes were clearly presented. The service was skillful and competant.

Basco World and his team were great to work with! Everyone was cheerful, pleasant, and arrived on time for scheduled appointments. They were very easy to work with, measurements were done with a minimum of fuss. On installation day, the team arrived on time and were able to work around our furnishings and belongings easily. We hardly knew they were in the house. I would highly recommend Basco World as a way to replace windows at a much more affordable price!

Simon did caulking around all the windows of our house some five years ago. He did such a fabulous job that when we needed caulking for our brick fence we hired him again three years ago. He also did a great job on the fence. And when additional caulking was needed for the fence this year, we again asked Simon at Basco World to do the work for us. Our experience with Simon at Basco World has been great, and we would not hesitate to recommend Simon at Basco World to anyone.

Basco was a pleasure to work with. They were pleasant, prompt, and flexible. We had a problem with the initial defog, and as soon as I let them know, they arrived the next day. When we discovered that the process wouldn't work, a new window was ordered and installed, exactly as promised, in very short order. And, for a price that was as good as any other quote I had received. Nothing but good things to say about the company, their field rep and Simon, who personally took an interest in making my situation right.

I had the opportunity to meet Simon & Basco at the Calgary Renovation earlier this year. A very pleasant and informative gentleman. I had a kitchen window with a cracked window pane - Simon indicated that this was a repair scenario they were able to expertly manage. He wasn't kidding... post of the show, an appointment was scheduled to view the work scope and provide an estimate. a Very fair estimate was provided and approved. the glass pane was sized and ordered and expertly installed in a very timely fashion! I called several companies to give me a quote to replace two windows. Basco's prices were competitive with the other business but the biggest difference was that he delivered with everything he said he would do. He showed up to take the measurement's on the day and time he said he would. I needed the windows done in a timely fashion and he was very accommodating. On the date and time the windows wee scheduled to be installed his crew was there exactly when he said they would be there and the work was completed in the time he said it would take. The crew that installed the windows were very courteous in our home and the work was very meticulous. I would strongly recommend them in the future. "
