I have put the charge in dispute with my credit card company. I attempted to prevent the charge from going through after I saw the amount but the software prevents that. There is no way to contact billing or tech support, all addresses are false. These people need to be hunted down!

I looked into it and it was not a virus, but in fact a process that runs in the background which can be stopped using the task manager.
