AllPoetry.com review: Everything

If you are serious about the craft of poetry, don't bother with this site. It's a money racket and much more social media site than poetry site. The owner/manager is a hack, the contests are mostly rigged, the rules are selectively enforced, and plagiarism runs rampant. The owner uses an algorithm to grade people's poems, probably because he has no talent as a writer. The groups there have an almost Jim Jones quality to them, and too many members are drinking the Kool Aid.
