I purchased a Norton Antivirus Plus on the 22nd January 2023 for the price of £9.57 from OnBuy.com.

Due to my partner being hospitalised I have only now been able to open the package.

I have noted that on the Norton Life Lock card it is stated that: 3 Enter your payment method to activate your subscription.

I have already paid my one year subscription to OnBuy.com, who is the Norton Anti Virus Sales Agent. Secondly due to new security requirements I cannot enter my payment method nor did I pay £9.57 for two cardboard covers containing instructions.

The OnBuy.com Norton advertisement lead me to believe I was purchasing a disc to insert into my P.C to upload the anti virus system, not empty cardboard covers.

Because the disc has not been provided would you please provide an alternative means of my being able to upload the anti virus system. You can send me a anti virus disc to: 1 Glebe Estate, St Ive, Liskeard, Cornwall, PL14 3LU, England.

Would you please advise me of how you would like the two card board covers returned for myself to receive a full refund.

Delivery date missed which was latest 7 November.

Told I would get refund but since no communication and no refund. OnBuy customer service team not responding since 5-6 days but supposed to resolve in 48 hours! Nobody answering me to resolve.

I have bought a smartwatch and returned it but I haven't received my refund and still they are deducting money from my account.
