Buyer Beware! I ordered an Etrike from this company. It took over two months to receive the item. When I finally received the Etrike, some of the parts I ordered, the front basket and electronic command center (as advertised and pictured on their web site) were not included. I sent an email detailing my concerns and their response was that the items in question were not part of my order even though their website displayed pictures of these items leading me to believe they were part of the purchase. I found this company very difficult to deal with. Their phone number is only a voicemail option...a person never answered the phone, and their initial email response is automatically generated, so you never have a name of the person you are communicating with. Unfortunately, I had not read other complaints describing the problems similar to the ones I experienced before doing business with this company. If I had, I would have never done business with them. This issue still has not been resolved. It was an expensive ($1800) lessen to learn...always read reviews before doing business with a company online. This company also does business under the name

Bought from AliExport or zzMerck (the manufaxcturer).
If you are thinking about buying an e-bike or e-trike from China,
you might be interested in my experience. The price, it seemed was very good.
$1, 090 US. But the shipping to Australia
at the time was $612 US which, for such a high price, I thought the trike would
come fully assembled. As it turned out, the rear part was assembled, while
there was still quite a lot to put together. They have since dropped their
    shipping price somewhat.

No manual came with the product, but the supplier emailed
links to a four- part assembly video, with a large section missing on drive chain
threading. I pointed this out and they sent an inadequate picture from their
website. The website at that time contained several comforting guarantees.

As I carefully lifted the rear assembly from the carton, I
noticed that the cable coming out of the motor was mutilated. I immediately
sent a photo of the damage to the supplier. To my surprise I was told that they
were skilful workers at the factory which by implication insinuated that I had
damaged the wiring! They then told me to attempt to repair it. Then, after some
time, they suggested that DHL Couriers had damaged it and that they would claim
compensation from DHL. I sent photos of the undamaged carton to show that it
was NOT damaged during transit. Besides, the motor wheel had been installed
upside down and the cable had been viciously stretched and severed by the sharp
    edge of the axel!

I requested that they send me a new motor wheel, which they
refused. They suggested that I get it repaired.
As I live on the fringe of outback Australia,
I had to drive hundreds of kilometres to a motor rewiring workshop which was
not an e-bike specialist. AliExport or zzMerck refunded $71 AUD for the repair cost, but
still the motor did not run. They sent a new controller, but it still would not

They insisted they had dealt with me fairly, yet I still did
not have a working product after two months of my purchase!

I decided to purchase a new e-bike motor kit from another
supplier - it came with a manual.

Since last April I have been trying to get a bad battery replaced. They took my money and sent me a Battery and charger .The Battery was no good would not charge . I was asked to send it back to them which I did at my own expense. They first claimed they did not receive it, then they found it . Then they sent the same battery back to me and it still does not work. They took my money however and will not either send me a good battery or even offer a rebate. When I first dealt with this company I couldn't have been happier. But this time they no longer took credit cards ( bought my Bike and second Battery and spokes for rear wheel all with card.) This time told I had to use a check, should have been a clue. THey have now turned into a rip off company . Do not believe the picture on the website this is not their warehouse, yes it is the p[lace but is a group of small units together with all kinds of businesses . I went there and no one could tell me where the alleged company was in the building. BEWARE THESE THIEVES THEY ARE NOT A LEGITIMATE COMPANY I have notified the Attorney General of Ct. Regarding theis company. Seneca De Graw

Worst purchase I've ever made for this amount of money, $1300. It stated it could be put together in 15-20 minutes. I'm fairly mechanically minded and there were somethings I simply couldn't do. A neighbor who is a mechanic helped and it took him over 2 hours to complete! Some parts are so tiny and so inaccessible as to not be able to put together at all. The front basket does not fit - and, of course, that costs extra. The manual is computer-translated Chinese and some parts are in Chinese only - like the battery charger!! I ordered the seat with the back but it has to be taken complete off to get the battery out to recharge. I hate this thing but I can't afford to pay the postage and the $75 restocking fee. Former comment is exactly right - very expensive life lesson learned!

I do not doubt his complaint about the etrike, but I am very satisfied with my cozy bike. I am now on my second battery which was delivered promptly about 3 months ago. I think I've had my cozybike about 3 years as of now.--No problems. Bob Hardison, Columbia, Tn. 38401
