Fantastic service for a recent small "gutter" job. Very responsive and understanding to our situation of repairing and reinforcing damaged downspouts. Once again, demonstrated excellent craftsmanship work. Will continue to use O'Lyn on our house: 100+ years old with slate tiles and aging gutters - need roofing expertise to keep this house in top shape. Many thanks!

Everyone at The O"Lyn Roofing company was very nice and they handled my new roof in 2 days and was very thorough and cleaned up my yard and driveway and left everything so nice. Shawn showed up to give us an appraisal exactly when O'Lyn Contractors said he would be there, so we did not have to wait all day for him. The office called and said the crew would be there at 7:00 am, and they were right on time. They finished in one day, and the roof looks good. The roofers are pros, and they know what they're doing. We highly recommend O'Lyn Roofing! We had a leak that seemed to be happening near our chimney but our previous contractor was unsuccessful at repairing it. O'Lyn Contractors assessed the roof/chimney and the related leaking in the attic space and was able to identify exactly what was wrong. Two weeks later they completed the work and we haven't had any leaking since! Everyone we interacted with at O'Lyn Contractors was professional and kind and they completed high quality work. Our experience with O'Lyn Contractors was great. First Bob Smith was the sales representative who was very patient with all of our questions and came to the house a second time at our request to answer more questions. John, the person in charge of the job, was also conscientious and went above and beyond to make sure our skylights were installed correctly, and with the least amount of inside work that needed to be done after installation. Marco and his crew were outstanding - hard workers and they did a fantastic job with clean-up afterwards.

I cannot speak highly enough of John Smith and O'Lyn Contractors' professionalism and pride in what they do. Due to our own personal circumstances, we were not able to move forward with their services, but I felt absolutely compelled to write a review on John's behalf. John was courteous, kind, and prepared each time we spoke. He went above and beyond in answering all of my questions and taking me through every step of how the roofing process works. Top company, from first phone call to filing warranty! I have dealt with many home improvement companies this year, and O'Lyn Contractors is top of my list. The estimator was thorough and professional and provided an estimate that day. A large uniformed crew came to my house on time, with each person doing his or her own job, and a supervisor met with me to make certain I had a contact number. The last day, I had a walk through with all questions answered, and I received an email with the necessary information when it was time to file the warranty. I found O'Lyn Contractors to be comprised well-organized professionals every step of the way.

Just had our 1-degree rubber roof replaced and these guys were top notch. John Smith gave a very accurate and expert estimate. He was thorough, really taking the time to make sure he understood what we wanted to accomplish and also suggested changes to how the roof was installed based on his findings. Mike Johnson supervised our install and was on time, easy to work with, and did a fantastic job. They shipped the wrong skylights to the job site, but worked quickly to get them replaced and installed. All in all, the job went quickly and we feel our roof is much better than it was before. If you need a roof replaced, these are the guys.

We began with the idea of replacing old skylights with new solar powered ones. After the initial inspection, it was clear that we had many problems with our slate and in places rubber roof. O'Lyn Contractors did a wonderful job of informing us of the problems and offered a complete solution which we accepted. The team at O'Lyn Contractors continued off and on for three months supervised by their project manager, John, with time off (our request) over the holidays. Now all is complete. We are pleased with the results. There was never any uncleaned debris at the end of each day. It was a complex project with many different requirements which were all completed properly. O'Lyn Contractors kept us informed of the progress and of course new problems discovered when old material was removed. We highly recommend O'Lyn Contractors. Phil and Jane S.

Although, after an agreed upon updated price during the installation of the framework, the company decided not to fully reframe and we are still awaiting a final number from the office even after a few follow-ups. This does not diminish the work of Jake and Nate.

We had a very positive experience with O'Lyn Contractors from start to finish. We discovered mold in our crawl space due to shoddy roof work done by our home's previous owners, and in order to fix that problem, the mold mitigation company needed the roof to come off. Sarah, our job coordinator at O'Lyn was amazing and patient, and worked with us to coordinate a tricky schedule having to do with the mold company's needs. She walked us through every step and always returned my calls within the hour if she wasn't available when I called. John led the team at our house and was communicative and competent. Thanks to his willingness to be flexible, our job was finished earlier than planned which saved us stress and money. Mike was also on the team at our house - such a hard worker and so friendly - our dog finally stopped barking at the strangers outside when Mike befriended him. We feel confident that O'Lyn fixed the issue that caused the mold in the first place, and if other issues arise with our roof, we will absolutely hire O'Lyn again.
