Old Navy black with black polka dots pixie pants

Last week on Columbus Day, I bought a pair of pixie pants from the Old Navy in Atlantic Station. I just wore these pants for the first time and they are already loose at the seams and there is a rip near a belt loop. I am highly disappointed. Especially since they were comfortable and I was complimented on them so much that I sent at least 5 people your company to buy some.

Old Navy maternity clothes

Old navy discriminates against pregnant people. Their sales always exclude maternity. They say it's because special consideration goes into their sizing for maternity and plus. But plus is never excluded. People would throw a fit. But pregnant people, who have to buy 3 seasons of a whole new wardrobe, get screwed every time. ALL outerwear on sale, except maternity. It is discriminatory and it's unfair.

The store is basically stealing from customers by their policy. The pant was 5 days past the date of exchange which was 45 days. Problem, they had told the relative it was okay to return if they didn't fit no problem just have them bring their receipt since it was a gift. Drove to the store and like robotic verbiage each employee as well as Customer Service...

Old Navy discount coupon

A couple of months ago, I was thrilled to learn Old Navy at Willow Lawn was now stocking Plus Size Cloths and my Daughter and I went there to get her some dress clothes for an interview. She picked a few things out and when I was checking out was told I could get an additional discount if I opened a charge account. I don't normally do this but we were buying alot and the discount would help me out a bit. I figured I could just pay it there when our transaction was over thus eliminating any Interest. Well I was promptly told by the cashier that they could not take payments in the store. Well, Everybody takes payments in the store so why is Old Navy different. I have know Idea and neither did the cashier but I let it slide and when home and paid it on line a few days later. Then yesterday I checked my email and I had received a $10.00 off Coupon. So I went into Old Navy at Willow lawn again and was going to buy myself a couple of things and when I went to pay she took my coupon but then said I have to use my credit card. Well, I read the coupon carefully and there was nothing on the email or the coupon itself telling me this. There total came to appx. 9.45 why would she not waive this requirement and take my cash. I don't know the manager or whomever was in charge just said there register would not let them do it. Well BS! The register is a computer and she could have taken it she just didn't want to. and if she was telling the truth then shame on you Old Navy for setting this up and not letting you managers override the system to make a customer happy. And WTF why send a customer a coupon and then not let them use it. this is the old bait and switch scheme. It is fraud. Well needless to say I wasn't happy I cursed a little and stormed out and yes I will not shop at Old Navy again. I will find another store that will work with me and not send me Coupons they will not honer. No wonder people are buying products from Amazon. Take a lesson on customer service Old Navy because yours stinks. I have been doing customer service for years and if you would like would come in and give you a seminar on it.
Thanks for nothing and if others read this don't shop at Old Navy they lie.

Old Navy cashier

I purchased some products from old navy, 200 quakerbridge mall, lawrenceville, nj 08648 on 8/23/2019 at 12:26:37 pm. Transaction #7602, register #006, store 06447 from cashier 2900516. As I picked up two-three extra items, told the cashier if she could check the price and if it fits my budget, I will take them. She was very rude and showing me attitude and told me that there are price checkers in the store so that I don't waste her time. She was rolling her eyes and shaking her shoulders as she kept on scanning my items. I told her the price checker by the women's section was not working but she didn't even bother saying sorry or show any concern for that. The entire time I was in that register she was very pissed at me as if it was my fault that I went there for shopping. I bought $81.37 worth of clothing and when I told I don't want only one item, she literally said "awwwwofff" with so much disgust! I was surprised by her attitude but didn't say anything. I don't think I am ever going to that shop to buy things unless any proper action is taken. She has no respect for her work or her customers. On the other hand, other stores I go to, they are very helpful and respectful to the customers and pay proper time and attention to each individual.

Old Navy service

Old Navy customer service

When did Old Navy's customer service line become so horrible? The last three times I have called the representatives are either rude, robotic, or supplying incorrect information. I had requested a new card to be sent out to me and it never arrived. I called customer service and the first guy, although friendly, was difficult to understand due to language barrier. He gave me a tracking number for my card that didn't exist. I was then transferred to someone else, who gave me incorrect info, and then transferred AGAIN. I did not request any escalation. I could barely understand any of them. By the final call, I learned that there was no tracking number, but I'm not certain that any card was actually sent out. The third rep I spoke with was rude and kept cutting me off then hung up without even saying goodbye.

Today I called again to make a payment by phone as I still don't have my card and therefore have no access to my online account. The representative would ask me a question and then put me on hold for whatever reason. She did this multiple times and with no warning so I assumed initially that the call had dropped. After about 6 times of this, I figured out what was going on. Then, after she took my payment, she just hung up on me without saying thank you, goodbye, or any of the usual customary interactions that occur with a professional decent customer service rep.

After these recent dissatisfying interactions with Old Navy's customer service, I may end up cancelling my card. Teach your customer service workers how to conduct themselves in culturally appropriate and professional interactions with customers!

Old navy now outsources all their calls to Central America! reps cannot be understood nor can they comprehend what you need, why you are calling. It is frustrating and awful, they used to have the best people working to help us, now...its frustrating, terrible and useless. ANY question requires them to put you on hold for long periods and still come back with no answers or help. I will no longer shop oldnavy.com as I need good reps on the phone for the many problems that arise with old navy products, orders, etc. DONE.

Old Navy toddler clothing purchased online

I made a large order on old navy.gapcanada.ca on September 10th, a few days had gone by and I had not received a shipping notification therefore I called the company to ask why I didn't receive an email saying my order had shipped, the agent said I would receive it Monday Sept 23rd, I did not receive my order, I called again and the lady told me order DIDNT EVEN GET SHIPPED, so they had no problem taking my money but I was never notified about any of this. And of course at this point most of my items I had purchased were out of stock. SOOO disappointed in this company, what terrible service, that was the last time I order from them.

I bought 5 of the formal pants from old navy in the mall, 5 if them the worst material ever after wash and all the zipper got stuck in the 5 pants all to the trash. So upset and disappointed, i will never buy anything from there, the colors has faded the zipper from day 1 got torn cuz it got stuck and it won't move up or down omg am so upset cuz I needed it to my work its really wasted money and time.

Old Navy poor service to in-store customers.

I was in line to check out at the Short Pump mall waiting over 10 minutes when a customer walked up and wanted service for her online order, your cashier stopped waiting on me and took care of the online customer. If this is your store policy of disregarding and disrespecting your in-store customer I for will not patronize your store anymore. Why do you not have a designated a cashier to handle online pickup so your customer instore are not ignored or treated as a second class customer? Do you not consider the in-store customer as valuable as an online customer?

Old Navy refund and exchange

I ordered clothes on line for my kids I went to the store to pick the clothes up an I realized I ordered the wrong size shirt so I ask the cashier can I exchange the shirt she says yes so I get the correct size shirt an d the cashier says she returned the money to my card an I had to pay for the shirt all over again I don't understand why I had to pay again when it should of been a simple exchange. Then they tell me my original payment won't be refunded to my card for 3-5 business days I don't understand why I have to wait 3-5 days it didn't take 3-5 days for them to take my money so why does it take so long to refund my money... I think their return and exchange policy is [censored] an I will never shop with their company again I know they are a billion dollar business and they won't miss my money but I won't allow people to treat me anyway they took my money and they are holding it hostage I love gap an I spend about $200 a month there but our relationship is over

This package says it was delivered to my home and I have not received my package. I called customer service yesterday And was told that ups marks packages as delivered when transferring to the post office and the post office should change the status. But I received email confirmation stating my package was left at my front door and my package isn't here. I would like this investigated. I am currently on disability and am trying to secure my children's clothing for their return to school. I take my money very seriously and would like attention to this matter. Thank you.

Old Navy return policy

I was informed today that Old Navy no longer does real time refunds at stores when original purchase is made on credit or debit card. Instead of using the debit/credit machine to refund they return it in 3-5 days. Somehow this is my banks fault? Any other retailer will make a real time refund using the instore credit/debit machine or offer a gift card. This policy is not posted or stated anywhere!

Old Navy employee/customer service

I shopped at your Rochester MN store last weekend with my sister. I frequent your store and am an old navy card holder. I am going to cancel my card and will have reservations about returning to Old Navy in Rochester.
My sister and I were treated very rudely by one of your employees who argued with me regarding pricing/signs. The response I should have received was, "I am sorry it is not ringing up correctly lets go look at it together or I can get my manager." Instead this clerk( Stephanie) argued with me and finished with "whatever"
I understand that the work force is young and inexperienced. Perhaps she just needs more training in how to deal with people. I will most likely take my business to target after this experience.

Old Navy old navy cash

I spent a lot of money the last couple weeks at old navy buying school uniforms for my kids. I was super excited to find out WITH NO EXCLUSIONS that I could spend my old navy cash Saturday. I went to spend one of the $20 old navy cash I had, just buying my husband a shirt. The cashier says I need to have at least $25 worth of merchandise to use my coupon, I say "so much for exclusions " and grab a couple pairs of sunglasses, still not enough so I grab some candy by the register. So I'm thinking okay the total is now $29, I should have to pay $9. NOPE! She says the total is $19, I have to spend $50 TO GET THE $20 cash coupon, spend $25 and get $10 coupon. Even though I had to spend $50 to get the $20 coupon. And all over the coupon and the store it says NO EXCLUSIONS! I swore to that cashier I will never shop at old navy again. And I just thought customer service should have been more clear about it. Especially since there was only one person checking people out and I had to stand in line for 45 mins to save $10

Today Old Navy had a sale for $6 kids jeans! The manager on duty refused to honor the sale! I had multiple jeans from infant to toddler and even older kid sizes. Old Navy the store

Hi, I never ever complain about anything but this time I must say something.
I go to this store once a week because its right across the street.
Last week I went in and the store was a absolute mess, clothing was all over the floor, piles of clothes all over. Tonight I go in and its worse than the last time. I walked out. Its embarrassing . You lost my business tonight. How can this happen? Where is the manager? The store needs help.
