Ola review: Paid twice for my bike ride

Dear Ola Support Team,

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a double payment made for an Ola Bike ride booked on 13/05/2026 at 9:46 AM.

The ride fare of Rs. 80 was already paid online by me before the ride started. However, after reaching the destination, my brother mistakenly paid Rs. 80 again in cash to the driver & the driver accepted the payment without informing that the ride was already prepaid.
