I live at 8312 nw 163rd terr Edmond OK 73013. It's a new house I moved in and had gas utilities set up through one April 21st. My bank records so I put 250 on the account originally. I never received a bill... not once. I never got any notifications from them. They had removed my account and put it back in the landlords although he swears he didn't do it. I actually put an additional 500 on my account on June 8th. They still shut it off and I just did that to make sure I was in the clear. By bank records sow all my payments. They claim they see it but refuse to tell me where the money went and if theyll fix it. They shut my services off last Friday. Here it is Monday and they still won't turn it on because I lost my temper with their customer service over their complete lack of accountability or communication. They said I'd have to sign something and until then I'm blacklisted. For their mistake. I'm currently looking for a lawyer who will help. Ong has a monopoly on services and even after crediting 800$ to my account since April with no billing they refuse to admit they did anything wrong and are trying to act like I'm in the wrong. Me and my children haven't been able to do laundry or shower or cook for 4 days now. And it may be another week or two before they'll get me the letter to sign to reinstate service. They're trying to get me to sign something that will tie my hands from their loss of my payment. My bank will probably follow up legally. If I can find the right attorney I'm will sue. This is completely immoral and out of reason. They have nobody to answer to, if I don't like it there is absolutely no alternative. It's not right at all
