after paying $500+ to get my service on i was told it would be several days, i asked to speak to supervisor, he kept talking over me and when i asked to speak with his supervisor he claimed to have none. when asked for either his last name or a way to identify his location, internally not for me, so that i could accurately relay this interaction to someone in HR, he refused. he then put me on hold, basically hung up on me because he never returned. while i waited i received a call from ONG that i had scheduled before this mornings interaction, i asked the representative if i could get service today or put on a wait list in case someone cancels. she immediately said "sure let me check with our internal department." She said there was an opening and scheduled for me. This "supervisor" Desmond is in need of training, maybe he should get back on rep. status although i cant imagine him exceling at that without further training.
