I returned the below goods and asked for the next size up on the14th June 2019. Nothing in the way of communication or acknowledgement received, and their telephone line has been disconnected.

    This company is clearly now known for non-compliance of NZ's Consumer laws under the CGA as they do not adhere to refund of non-received items, not fit for purpose or not as advertised.
    I have already lodged my issue with the Commerce Commission and also written to the Companies Office as they are also retaining customer's full credit info after purchase ie; PayPal passwords.
