Wedding favors
On March 8,2022 I placed an order for 120 wine glasses as wedding favors at my daughters wedding. Order #[protected] for 203.83. I was suppose to get an email when they left there sight. They kept putting me off saying they couldn't get the glasses. Finally I decided on a refund. On June 17th they said that they had fully refunded my order. About 2 weeks later I contacted them again and they said that they had refunded it and it was probably my bank and it would just take time. In September they said that they had sent it to the wrong card, not mine. Still here in October no refund and they will not even email me.
Desired outcome: Refund to my card.

My last experience with this store was not good. I moved and my address has obviously changed. When I decided to place an order I double checked everything. But my address update wasn't passed to the 3d party store that shipped my order to my previous address. Their support is usually useless, so I had to contact to the 3d party and they did that was needed.
I will not do business with Best Price Nutrition again.
impossible to get refund
Don’t buy vitamins from the company www.bestpricenutrition.com. I have ordered two packages and waited 4 weeks, but the seller delivered completely wrong vitamins, which basically were useless for me. I took the order and returned it back, but the seller told me that he couldn’t change the order. He promised money back within 21 days. These days have already passed and still no money back.

lost order and the seller lied that he would send another one
