I gotta say, I wasn't too impressed with Fanatics International. Their customer service is pretty terrible. I had a problem with an order and it took forever to get a response from them. And when I finally did, it wasn't even helpful!

Plus, they don't have nearly as much fan gear as the original site. I was hoping to find some unique items, but it was all pretty basic stuff. And to top it off, the prices were a bit steep.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Fanatics International. Stick with the original site if you want a better selection and better customer service.

So, I was really excited to get my hands on a Mclaren tshirt from Fanatics International. I placed my order about 3 months ago, but unfortunately, it never arrived. I was pretty bummed out about it, but at least they gave me a refund for my troubles.

I decided to give them another chance and placed a second order, but now they're not even responding to my emails. It's been taking so long and I'm starting to lose my patience.

So, I went ahead and bought a jersey from Fanatics International. I usually wear a women's large with some room to spare, but when I tried it on, it was pretty tight. I guess it's because of the American sizing versus European sizing.

At first, they told me that they would give me a code to return the jersey, but then they changed their minds and said that they wouldn't. To make matters worse, the shipping fee was $10 when I bought the jersey, but it was $20 to return it.

Honestly, I'm not happy with the company and their customer service. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone because of their poor service. However, I will say that the jersey itself was well made.

So, I just wanted to share my experience with Fanatics International. I ordered two items from their website, a hat and a customized jersey. Unfortunately, due to the holiday season, my items were delayed in shipping. I totally understand that things can get hectic during this time of year, but I was promised that my items would arrive before Christmas, by the 21st of December to be exact.

After waiting patiently, I finally received my jersey, but to my disappointment, the number on it was not centered. I was also still waiting for my hat to arrive. I tried to contact the company four times via email to get a tracking number or an estimated time of arrival for my hat, but I have yet to receive a response. I have no idea where my item is at this point, and it's really frustrating.

I'm so disappointed that I can't seem to get in touch with an employee or someone who can help me out. I'm considering canceling my order and asking for a refund. It's just really frustrating when you spend your hard-earned money on something and it doesn't arrive as promised, and then you can't even get a response from the company when you try to reach out to them.

Overall, my experience with Fanatics International has been pretty disappointing. I hope that they can improve their customer service and communication in the future, so that other customers don't have to go through the same frustration that I did.

I've been checkin' out a lot of reviews 'bout Fanatics International (fanatics-intl.com) and gotta say, I've placed over 30 orders in the last year or so 'cause they got a sick selection and dope prices and I've NEVER had a problem! I've returned a bunch of items 'cause I ordered the wrong size and they always give me a credit or send me the right item, no questions asked. And when I had to talk to customer service, like when FEDEX lost my shipment, they were super chill and quick to fix the problem. Fanatics is the bomb when it comes to fan gear, prices, ordering, and returns. You can shop with confidence on Fanatics, no doubt. Keep up the good work!

have I experienced such poor customer service. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from Fanatics International. My recent experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare.

I placed an order and did not receive an email confirmation. After four days, I reached out to their customer service team to inquire about the status of my order and to request an estimated delivery date. It took them five days to respond, and when they did, they misspelled my name. I then asked for the tracking number, but they were unable to provide it. To make matters worse, I was unable to access my account and reset my password, despite multiple attempts.

Ten days after placing and paying for my order, I received an email stating that the item I had ordered was out of stock. They offered to cancel the non-stock item and send me a different item instead. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated, as this was supposed to be a gift for Black Friday. I requested that they send me any other team's hoodie in the same size as the one I had ordered and provide me with a tracking number. However, they were unable to fulfill my request and advised me to cancel my order instead.

After two weeks, I still have not received my refund. This has been a disgusting experience, and I would not recommend Fanatics International to anyone. Their customer service is extremely poor, and they do not seem to care about their customers' satisfaction.
