Internet marketing support
I am located in WHitby, Ontario Canada and was contacted via email as a marketing effort to sell their services.
I had contracted this company to provide some internet marketing support.
well I was satisfied with the offering, I have now become annoyed with the withdrawal of monies from my bank account and have tried to cancel all marketing efforts, I have asked for a refund of my money and it seems very difficult to track these people down. I have changed my bank account cards so the number is no longer valid. they first charged my through Paypal without asking for my permission. I canceled my Paypal account and now they charged my back via my debit card number, which is now invalid. again there was no permission given for this charge.
the company is based in Melbourne Australia. the person I have talked to seems to be based in South Bend Indiana. at least that is the phone number I have been given. they have a web site nventt.com
the person who was my rep is Rohit
there seems to be a USA 1-833-725-0348 which I will attempt to try.
I wanted to post to inform others and will update on my progress.
Desired outcome: I want all service stopped and any monies refunded to me.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

"online assistance" scam
Nuisance scam company from India. Pretend to be in North America and Australia. They have phone numbers in those countries, but they are in India.
They have the same technique like the revenue Canada scam. They want your credit card information. Once they get your visa/mastercard info-good luck! They will rob you blind!
They will keep calling you until you answer. If you call them at the number on your call display, they will play the game with you!
