The Frauds in the name of company registration are illegally charging unsuspecting commons about 7 - 14 thousand rupees., stating they will process their company registration.

Later on, their numbers will stop working, it is usual gang of 4-5 who do this.

They will in the meantime extract Adhar, PAN card, Bank Statements, company location documents, electricity bills etc.,

I have requested for my Audit filing last 45 days back and I’m following up on same with my customer support - Aman Dasani (

[protected]) and Arthika(+[protected]) every day from my service requested payment is done but audit filing is not done till today. October- 31 (today ) is last day but it is not done.I have sent an escalation email - [protected]@indiafilings.com 4 times even I’m not getting a help from IndiaFilings team also after sent an escalation email too. My not ready pay a penalty to finish my audit after due date.

I started my company registration in January with India fillings, now its August and my company registration is not complete.

I talked to around 15 peoples (India filling employees) for resolving the issue but there is no response from these lazy peoples.

They are promoting other packages for resolve the past issue and after payment situation will me same.

My Biggest Mistake!

Indiafilings.com is one of the worst company I ever seen. Please don't go for incorporation or GST with them you will face consequence entire company no one is responsible and they don't care. I never seen such a unprofessional in my life time. Please don't go almost 2months over till now my incorporation and GST not done even though I gave all documents. I have called them 200+ times but no one bother.i sent escalation email and I contact all escalation team no one helps. I contacted Azarutheen, manisha, mohandas, Sushma, Anil from compliance team and rohit, imayavarman from escalation team. I sent email to [protected]@indiafillings.com no one bother to reply also. Over all life time worst company I seen. If you go With you will frustrated.

Took India Filings service plenty of times for various services like incorporation, Trademark filings and etc. This time when I wanted to incorporate new section 8 company I approached India Filings in the month of May 2023. It’s been 2 months and yet I haven’t received the incorporation documents still. Though I contact them for the updates they skip by saying problem with MCA server or haven’t received updates from registrar. Please don’t take India Filings if you are searching for professional services.

I made the payment for my company’s incorporation and it’s been more than a month and they have still not done it.

Whenever I call the employees over there they are blaming the MCA server everytime and also ignoring my calls.

They don’t give importance to their clients.

I have to start my business within this month and I haven’t got any response from them.

After more than a month of processing this from them, I got my certificates issued by the government. I paid almost 7k to them and the package I paid paid should include my business gst, pan and other certificates needed in company registration. However... After sending them a copy of my certificates... They won't even reply to me regarding the pending deliverables such as the pen drive for e-mudrha digital signature, the endorsement for current account opening, they also failed to explain or orient me regarding their online ledger. They want me to use their ledger but they can also openly update and open my ledger. There is not security. They will have all my financial information.

Don't and never trust a company like this. They never update. They are only quick to get your money and after that, they will forget u that u ever existed.

I was assigned to an agent named naga krishna. This is her company contact number [protected] and she even blocked me from calling her. Even her manager is unresponsive. They just say yes then they will not update u with anything.

Now, i'm in complete darkness as to how am I gonna continue with my company compliance. I only have 14 days left to file my mandatory compliance upon business registration. And this is all their fault because they never finished what they started with me.

I paid $1200 for a GSTIN, filings, representation and bank account.

It took 6 months to procure the GSTIN. This turned out to be a temporary GSTIN and not actually mine. I paid for representation, but was given no bank access to transfer funds. I paid $200 for projected tax for sales never happened. I called time on our relationship and made it clear to them that as a customer I had nothing tangible in my possession as a result of their promised products and service.

They offered me $100, which I have still not received.

Never once were they proactive in communication and all efforts to maintain a dialogue was initiated by me.

Please don’t waste your money. Give this company a very wide birth, or you will be sorry

I paid for a copyright registration over a year ago and it still hasn't been done. I have confirmed the possibility of getting it and it is a unique name in the market yet it stands objected since over a year and no action has been taken after assuring me it is possible. The agents keep passing the buck but do not refund the money. Nor do they have an RM who updates me on any progress moreover there hasn't been any since over a year. My experience with the copyright has been frustrating and I have had the patience for years now but there has been no progress at all. I strongly do not recommend this company for any IP-related registration.

Now just few days back I got call from India filings team for asking if I want any other service, then I asked them I dont need any service but could you please check my company name registration if its ok, just I wanted to be sure but

I was informed it was on hold, as there was some objection and some reply was expected from India filings which was not done that time and current status is my Company name is on HOLD.

Kindly support me, since I have all the valid proof. and my brand will be effected. It took me many years to build this brand and it will be a big loss for me. If my company name { Krishnadhwani] will not be registered.

I had dealt with them for last 4 years. They promise something and they do something. They care is just the payments. Till payment is done they will be behind us even on Sundays and late nights to make the payments. Once payment is done they will just vanish. They will not pick up calls or reply to emails. I had been promised to provide the data required on first week of Dec and we are at the end of Month and till now there is no response. I had called multiple people and requested now all of them say it is with Ms. Varalakshmi and she doesn't answer emails or phone calls. She called me many times for payments. But now no answers and tomorrow is the last date. The last year filing data is wrong and they say it is done and they are not ready to provide any notes. They say this is common and they will get back. But after that it is just silent. Without that information we can't file this year.

It is one of the worst company in India. Employees who work here will take your money and do nothing. This is scam.

I had contacted Indiafillings through Ms.Divya on 15th April, 2021 and paid an amount of Rs.17, 909 for a package which included all the mandatory compliances.

I tried contacting my Compliance Manager Ms. Divya / Mr. Prakash / Mr. Aziz and his Assistant Ms. Kavitha regarding my ROC filing. Indiafilings team forgotten to file my ROC. The Team started the procedure in 15th April, 2021 but till now they not filed my ROC. This is regarding the late filing of my ROC for the 2019-20 FY, due to which I had to pay the penalty of Rs.70, 000/-.

Don't ever chose Indiafilings (VERVE Financial Services Pvt. Ltd) The very worst Service.

On 25th October 21 I made payment towards annual returns filing. Mr.Aliph acknowledged the receipt but no action taken after that. I shared my current account and savings statement but till now there is no response.

There is a person in the name of Anish, he only sends msgs but no clear communication overphone.

India filings is taking care my company gst as well. So most of the details already available with them. where as Mr.Anish simply sends me msg to fill in remarks for all the transactions.

Last year the filing done by India filing was smooth.

this year there is no response.

If you are unable to provide the service I request for refund.

I will personally look for an auditor.

To get Import & Export Code, they told me it will take 1 week. Took payment in advance on 25th October 2021. Almost 3 weeks are over. I am trying to contact over whatsapp and chats. But no one is responding.

Also, other Bought services are pending. For Import Export Code, I have provided all the documents but now feeling bad that, no one responding.

I have attached few screens shots for reference. It's not about one service. It's almost about all services, that I have purchased. Their RMs are changing almost every week. Any help will be appreciated.

Indiafilings: all reviews are fake. Fake company. Befooling people. Charging and not providing any services. Followed up 100 times for refund. Numbers of frauds:+91 7397 483 575, +91 6384 498 636, +91 85912 00242. Frauds and cheats run this company. Don't get into their trap. They will not refund anything but keep on giving one or the other excuse. Shameless fraudsters. They should be behind bars. India filings people are thugs.

Sub: Not received registration documents after paying fees and required documentation.

This is in reference to the above subject we have availed service with Indiafilings in month of March 2021 for our company registration and other registration certificates as mentioned below. We have already paid full fees payment at same time and provided all the documents as required by account manager. Still we have not received following original certificates from Indiafilings and no follow ups from your side. Whenever we ask account manager to update on pending registration certificates they are not answering properly.

1) Certificate of incorporation
2) MSMEcertificate
3) PAN
4) TAN
5) PF and ESIC certificate
6) Bank account opening with kotak Mahindra bank
7) GST certificate
8) Professional Tax registration certificate.

Kindly take it forward and provide us the pending registration certificates on priority. We have already lost business, money and time due to negligence attitude from your side.

One of the worst services from IndiaFilings, they are unprofessional they even don't know the proper procedure. I will never suggest anyone go with this company for any kind of registration.

This is regarding the late filing of my ROC for the FY [protected], due to which I had to pay a penalty of Rs. 30, 000.

I had contacted Indiafillings through Pranay on May 8, 2019 and paid an amount of Rs.15, 899 for a package which included all the mandatory compliances.

However, I had to pay an additional amount of Rs. 5000 in the name of Statutory Auditor Payment.

My AOC 4 was supposed to be filed within 180 days of the close of financial year and MGT 7 within 60 days from the date of AGM.
I tried contacting my Compliance Manager regarding my TDS return and that is when Indiafilings team realised they had forgotten to file my ROC. The Team started the procedure in March, 2021. They reached the CA and he declined to sign and approve as the accounting was not done right. The team had to redo the accounting as they had no choice. This led to further delay. They finally got it signed and filed my ROC.

It was not a hassle free experience. It costed me an additional amount of thirty thousand for Indiafilings failure . I need my refund for the penalty I had to pay
