1st reported 2/24/25 case #[protected].Requested callback.3/9/26 per email order is being processed 7-10 days. Paid $8.65 for shipping.4/1/26 rcvd email, purchase on backorder 6-8 weeks.5/19/26 I requested gift card. 6/2/26 rcvd email to replace cord and base. The top is detached from bottom/base. Option for those parts are not going to work.I have been dealing with this since February. I also prepaid the shipping in the beginning. I have asked for refund and they said I need to wait for a unit. They have no time frame.

Claimed loss: I have been without my rice cooker since before February 24 2026.

Desired outcome: Desired outcome would be to be reimbursed. This unit went bad so soon after purchase. It was not even a year.
