There is an error somewhere in my account.
I bought the number, tried porting it out and followed all steps correctly. But the process fails due to "incorrect account data".
Google Fi and T-Mobile says that the error is on NumberBarn's end.
I tried multiple times contacting the service costumer support, without success.
This is the SINGLE WORST support I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

So, I recently tried NumberBarn as my go-to provider for phone numbers. Unfortunately, I had a pretty bad experience with it. Their customer support leaves a lot to be desired and it’s a real bummer as being able to speak to my customers is a top priority for me.

I noticed that the service was quite sporadic with numbers seemingly working “sometimes”. This is not a great option, especially for business communication. And, on top of that, the customer service is beyond terrible. There’s no phone support and reaching out via their email contact form was no help either. All I received was an “auto response” hours later, which did not answer my query at all.

Overall, I wasn’t impressed with NumberBarn. It’s a shame as I had high hopes for its ease of use and pricing. However, I cannot recommend using it for business purposes, especially if you require a reliable number and customer support.

NumberBarn ain't worth the hassle, man. I threw down some serious do-re-mi and hours of my time, all trying to switch my digits from NumberBarn over to Xfinity. But instead of getting what I paid for, I just ended up in a huge mess. It's not just me - seems like loads of other folks are getting stuck in the same ol' predicament. I'm working on getting my money back, but that's a whole other pain in the hindquarters. Save your scratch and your days, amigo - steer clear of this NumberBarn mess.

NumberBarn website and their customer service is HORRIBLE! They don't even have a customer service number you can call, so you're left waiting for them to respond to your emails. And when they finally do respond, it takes weeks! I tried to cancel my service, but they took so long to respond that they charged me for a full year, even though I didn't use their service at all! I requested a refund, but they ignored my request and kept the money. If you're looking for a phone service, don't use NumberBarn; it's not worth the hassle. I highly suggest using Verizon One Talk instead, it's much better than this mess of a service.

I gotta say, my experience with NumberBarn hasn't been all sunshine and rainbows. First of all, if you're thinking about porting your number over to them, be prepared for a long wait. I'm talking at least 10 days here, maybe more. That's a lot of time to be without your phone number!

And then there's the verification process. They'll send you an email and maybe even give you a call to make sure everything's on the up and up. But beware - if they can't get a hold of you right away, they'll delay the port even longer. It's like they're punishing you for having a life outside of waiting for NumberBarn to port your number!

And let's not forget about their customer service. The only way to get in touch with them is through email, which means you could be waiting around for ages before you hear anything back. It's like they don't even care about your time.

All in all, I gotta say I regret getting my number from NumberBarn. It's just not worth the hassle.
