Novo Moving did a fantastic job moving my mother in law into a senior housing complex. The owner Jim was extremely helpful in answering all questions ahead of time and reassuring any concerns we had. The day of went smoothly and the customer service was top notch. This was our first time using Novo Moving and we will be sure to use again for future moves. Highly recommend!
Novo Moving did a great job in moving me from my house to my retirement apartment
Novo Moving did a great job in moving me from my house to my retirement apartment. Jim came to my home and gave me an estimate. On moving day he was right on target and there were no surprises. Jim & crew showed up on time and got to work immediately. His crew of three men were very organized and they functioned extremely well as a team. Overall a great experience. I would highly recommend Novo Moving.
This company was amazing
This company was amazing. I am in California and had to get my 94 year old aunt into assisted living in New York. Jim Novo explained each step thoroughly and pulled it off without a hitch and so very quickly. Even my Sicilian aunt was impressed with him. Seriously, that doesn't happen often?if at all. If you are looking for a company that is run with honesty, integrity and character, Novo moving is the one to choose.
