We sailed on Norwegian Cruise Lines' Pride of America in January. We were supposed to have an additional $300 refundable onboard credit. But they would not apply it to our account. Guest Services was useless. Worse than useless ! A complete waste of time AND useless. Now, over a month later, they have acknowledged their mistake. They have apologized and officered a future "non-refundable onboard credit of $300". No Way ! They should put the $300 back on our credit card that was charged.

Terrible, terrible cruise line !

Recommendation: Never sail with Norwegian !
