Fredgie our stateroom attendant was absolutely wonderful on Pride of America Nov. 8th 2025 cruise.
We were happy with most of the excursions.
However, little positive on the Norwegian boat I wanted a Hawaiian cultural experience. Most of that programming was exactly when we were off boat for excursions. I was able to have 0NE half hour language class and one Lei making class on the day we were at sea. Missed the Hula class because the time was changed by a half hour. The Polynesian show was only offered once, we had to get up early the next day, so missed that. Hawaii music duo was just ok.. no slide guitar, and pick-up did not work on the Ukulele. We had better music by the Smith family on a short river excursion. We felt trapped to our room. THE BOAT WAS NOISY. The so called conservatory quiet space, had rock music bleeding from the pool area on one side and two elevators on the other. The walking path had minimal views and was partly inside. Could not make the best of my time because the afternoon excursions started before the morning excursions returned. So most of Every day was in our stateroom. Food was mediocre except for the one dinner at the steak house. Minimal value for my money.
Recommendation: rent a car and make better use of your day
